The Story Of Riley

So here I am still sitting in the car waiting for leon to spill the tea about him and shawn but this fool hasn't even opened his mouth yet. I've been glancing from him and the road for the past 5 minutes and I'm getting fed up. So I turn on his radio and connect my bluetooth to his car cause its the only thing that gets me to calm down.

Once Take-by Wens come on the music takes over my body. I turnt the radio to his max setting let down the window and watch the city lights as we drove to his place. Leon didn't seem to care his main focus seemed at the road, but I peeped he glanced at me a few times as I turned on the radio.

"Hey do you think one day you'll leave this place?" Turning to look at leon again

"Maybe I hope so, but it doesnt seem likely"

"Why so, theirs so much out their why limit yourself to one place"

"Riley why do you even care? What's with all these questions?"

"Nothing I just thought---- nothing nevermind" when our short convo was over I turned back towards the window unhooked my seat belt and pushed myself threw, right before my upper half could make it threw Leon's right arm was grapping on to mine. His face loomed so spooked and alert but I wasnt trying to kill myself.

"'Yo wth is you doing riley"

"Do you trust me?" I asked glaring right into Leon's eyes "Do you trust me" I asked again not break any eye contact or a blink.

"Yes, I just dont want you to get hurt I wouldnt be able to live with that" he replied back

"Then trust me" uttering lastly before I slipped my arm out of his right grip. "Replay it"

As I pushed half my body out the window, I turned around sat down let my head and arms fall back as I enjoyed the wind on my skin and music blasting through the speakers.

Leon's POV

In this moment Riley hasn't looked more beautiful to me. It something about the whole act that scared me. The thought of losing riley hurt me so quick my body reacted before my mind could.
Thinking she was going to harm herself made me lose my cool underneath but I couldnt let it be  because it's not my character.

She's really growing on me I dont think I love her or like her in that way because abigal will always have my heart but I do know I care for Riley heavily.

I've  debating on telling her about the whole incident between shawn and I, yet it has nothing to do with her but more of some old past issues. so ima put it off until now.

Back to riley pov..

When we pulled up to the house abigal was standing right outside his door with blood shot eyes from crying. Leon suddenly pushed on the breaks so forcefully I almost hit my head onto the dashboard. If it wasnt for the seat belt I'd probably fly right out his car window "are you serious I could've died" I snapped my head so quick at him but he wasnt in the car anymore.

He was half way towards her, how I dont know. He literally just stopped the breaks. Leon probably jumped out and hit a flip just to see what was wrong with poor abigal. I really didnt care cause in my book that hoe could kick rocks.

I watched them for a couple minutes as he comforted her it was so awkward, I was just sitting 20 feet away from them and I knew she knew it.
Then he was walking her inside the house like wtf does he expect me to just sit here while they fuck around. "Oh hell no"I unblocked my seat belt hopped out the car and walked towards his front gate to leave. My pride is to big to just sit and wait for Leon in his car.

I had to speed walk cause Leon's house at night looks like a whole scary movie scene where that one dumb white girl aint paying attention, then the killer come but she dont know it's him, then boom sus dead yeah welp that wont be me.

Hearing foot steps behind me I turn a swing my right arm and the person so hard in the face. "'Yo what the fuck" I know that voice "leon? What are u doing scary me like this"  I said turning around. I felt so bad causing his face was swelling up so fast.

"I was looking for you. You wasnt in the car anymore, I thought someone snatched yo ass up" he said holding onto his eye

"Damn you should really put some ice on that, wa- wait you thought I was going to sit in your car while u do yo thang with abigal hahahahah" this nigga got 2 heads if he thought Riley Brown get down like that "yah duh" he said

"Fool do I look like boo boo the fool, do I got stupid written on my forehead" I said crossing my arms and coldly laughing in his face.

"Oh" he said putting his habdd in his pockets "yah oh, I'm not that type of girl. Look I don't want to argue if u want to be with her right now go for it she looks like she needs it anyway" I spoke dropping my heads to side and pulling out my phone to call another uber

" you was just mad now you calm, your own weird girl Riley brown" he said flashing one of his dazzlingly smile

"What can I say I come with countless layers of me" smiling back at him "my uber's here I got to go" I said looking at him

"That you do riley, and be safe" he told me before placing a gentle kiss on my forehead. I was so dazed that the uber driver hunk his horn to loud. When we looked eyes yet again we burst out laughing "bye leon" vanishing out his gate and into the uber.

I would be lying if I said I didnt think about his lips on other places besides my head in the uber "here's your stop love" the women said "oh thank you, sorry and have a nice night"

Once she drove off I turned around towards the shelter and a gun was pointing right at my head and I couldnt believe who it was.

"Why are you doing this"
