The Story Of Riley

The following morning when Riley woke up, Leon was no longer laying in bed with her.  She wondered if he snuck away during the night to be with Abigal or if he was just downstairs in the kitchen. Her mind scattered back to all the events of last night and the argument between the two. She couldn't understand why he wanted her to stay when it was clear he was in a relationship already. Did he love her or something?

After 5-10 minutes of laying down and thinking deeply Riley pushed the covers off of her and rose out of bed. To much went down last night and she just needed to talk to him. She walked to the door, opened it and began heading down the stairs.

Once she reached the kitchen nobody was there. Walking into other areas of the house Leon wasn't there either. Her eyes started watering, cause she had a feeling he did leave in the middle of the night. As she walked back into the kitchen, Riley heard the front door opening and closing. She hoped it wasn't his parents again, due to the first in-counter with them, and how she knew they weren't fond of her at all.

When she realized it was Leon, Riley was angry, sad, confused, and pissed, all rolled into one. He walked up to her with a smile, but was far from being in a smile mood.

"Hey, how'd you sleep" Leon said still smiling for a few seconds till it dropped looking at Riley expression.

"Where have you been, I wake up and your not there, and you don't have any bags in here hand, so I know you didn't go to the store or get breakfast" she said folding her arms and with a mean mug plastered onto her face

"Um...um...um—"

"Um um um, you can't speak now" she interrupted him

"Riley I can't say cause ion want to hurt you" he replied scratching the back of his neck and moving his eyes from her to stare at the ground.

Riley knee when he did that, he was hiding something from her, but this secret was blatantly obvious that he was with Abigal after she fell asleep.

"News flash all you do is hurt me, and I just keep coming back to you. I kill a little part of me everyday, wondering what your doing or who your with. And if you every think about me or the times we had" Riley spoke, trying so hard to avoid his eyes but it was hard for her to look away, when she was pour out her heart.

" say it, just say it Leon, say who you were with" she pressured him, but no words exacted his lips

"SAY IT!"

"Abigal fuck!" He scream back. Riley already knew but hearing him actually speak her name, hurt her more than she's every been hurt by him.

" you can cry in my arms, and lay up in your bed with me, kiss me all over until I fall asleep, but go back to her." Riley spoke putting towards his room direction then back At her chest

" I'm sorry. All I can say is sorry. What do you want from me Riley" walking towards her and cupping her cheeks with his hands

" I want you to tell me, why I'm not good enough for you" hearing her answer shocked Leon, His faced was so blank and unreadable, Riley grabbed his hands and moved them off of her face.

Going to walk away, Riley turned her back towards him and to two steps, until he grabbed her arm, turned her round and smashed his lips into hers.

Riley didn't hesitate to kiss back, their lips experience so much passion, and sadness between the kiss, that they didn't pull away. Riley, smoothly draped her arms around Leon's neck, while he responded with putting his muscular arms around her waist and picking her up. Once her legs were wrapped around his waist Leon walked him and her towards the sofa in his living room.

As he placed each other down swiftly not breaking the kiss a knock was then bearded coming from the front door.

Riley was the first to pull away and looked at Leon confusingly, in which he returned with shrugging his shoulders.

" alright I'll get it" she stated pulling herself off of his lap from the couch, and walking rapidly towards the knocking.

Once she pulled it opened the giddy smile that was spread to both sides of her cheeks dropped Instantly as she came face to face with Abigal. Abigal looked utterly confused as to why Riley was at Leon's house and how they knew each other.

" excuse me, where is Leon?" Abigal spike pushing passed Riley, when walking into Leon's home.

Leon then turnt his head towards her and yet again became frozen in place. So much was running threw his head if how he was going to get out of this hole he put himself in.

"What the fuck us going on here Leon. Why the fuck is this female in your house. Are you fucking her, after we just fuck a couple hours ago" Abigal belted at him, Leon rose up from his seat and walked to Abigal. He grabbed her hands and spoke "no baby, we not fucking she just here to help me with something"

Hearing those words come out of Leon's mouth, Riley was destroyed. She couldn't last another minute looking at Leon, so she ran up the stairs to his room, gathered all her belongs abruptly and headed back towards the front door to leave.

But when he return back downstairs Abigal was nowhere to be found and Leon stood in the away of his front door. He look at Riley with so much sorrow and guilt, he knew what he said really broke her and he knew she was never going to forgive him and when she began to cry his whole heart shattered.

" How could you Leon, you fucked her after everything last night. When not only me but also you, were in pain last night, you left to be with her. Then soon as she come you make up a lie as to why I'm here" Riley broke down, her chest was heaving up and down so hard, and Leon didn't know what to do

" you know what fuck this, I can't keep doing this with you. We aren't together, I love someone else but some reason I always go back to you and it's cause me so much pain in my life—"

" pain in your life, do you not know what you do to me Huh?" She interrupted wiping away the fresh tears that keep pooling at her eyes

Leon didn't say another word just began walking towards the stairs in his house

" NO! You don't get to walk away this time, I love you so much Leon more than I've loved anyone, but i hate you too and I don't know which one out weighs the other but what I do know is,  that I'm  threw Leon. I can't take this pain anymore, I regret every being bold to kiss you in the lake house. I wish I never did it, cause if I didn't my life would have been so much easier and I would have been happy." Leon watched her speak these last words, before she placed her hand on to his door knob, opened it, and left with glancing back towards him.
