Chapter 10

Ruby POV

i- she kissed me then told me she doesn't like me? I don't know what to do

I went back inside the ice cream shop and sat down at the table with team jnpr. I put my head down groaning. We sat in silence until Jaune said

"Ruby, are you gonna tell us what happened?..."

I slowly put my head up with tears in my eyes and looked at him.

" I'm sorry i was just curious since you came back looking sad.."

"No it's fine! really..." I wiped my tears

"Then what happened?" Nora said

"Well i didn't exactly tell her i like her but i said i wanna kiss her the way Neptune does an-

"YOU TOLD HER WHAT!"

everyone one is the shop looked at Nora like she was a psycho...which she definitely was.

"After I told her that she kissed me....."

Pyrrha then looked at me like I was crazy, i already knew what question she was going to ask.

"Well why aren't you happy though? That obviously means something right?"

"Well yeah but after that i asked her out and, she said No.....so no i'll never date Weiss Schnee."

Team Jnpr comforted me for a while then we all went our separate ways as it was getting dark outside.

I can't go back to the dorm, i'm pretty sure Weiss is there. If Yang sees me like this Weiss will end up dead.

There's only one place to go...

Blake's POV

It was only me in the dorm I was reading ninjas of love and it was just getting good until, Weiss walked in with her makeup stained on her cheeks.

"What happened Weiss?"

I walked over to her bed where she was sitting and looked at her waiting for a response.

"I really messed up, I really did Blake."

She started sobbing into my shoulder

"What happened?"

"I-i rejected Ruby, and now I can't take it back! I didn't even mean it! I'm so stupid!"

"Weiss calm down...can you answer this one question for me?"

She nodded her head

"Do you like Ruby more than a friend?"

She looked down at the ground, it's like you could tell she did but she was scared to say it.

"Yes I do, but i'm supposed to like Neptune not her."

She wiped the tears of her cheeks smearing her mascara even more

"Weiss it doesn't matter who you like, you are who you are!"

"But i'm the heiress of the schnee dust company I ca-

"Stop letting your families company define you, If you like Ruby tell her, before she moves on and you regret it."

"Okay i'll tell her when i'm ready...."

"Good."

"Thank you Blake, you didn't have to comfort me....."

"I did, because that's what friends do."

"Goodnight Blake."

"Goodnight Weiss....."
