Grian and Scar were on a quest, a quest for wings. The had entered the end, teleported through the mini portal, crossed large gaps of void, and searched every end city they could. Sadly, most end cities were already raided, so this quest took a lot longer than they thought it would. But eventually, they did find one pair of wings which Grian immediately claimed as his. They ventured their way back to the mainland of the end and once they got there, Grian agreed to look for another pair for Scar. He took off with what rockets he had, hoping to find an End city quickly. He didn't really want to be here any longer.

After a about 30 minutes of flying, a purple and yellow skyline appeared not too far away. He pulled out his communicator and called Scar.

"Hello Grian, did you find one?"

"Yeah, it seems like it's got a boat. Hopefully this isn't raided." Grian sighed. Scar gave a slight laugh in response.

"Alright, be careful, if you didn't drop your lucky crystal maybe this could have gone quicker" Scar said while laughing a bit. Grian rolled his eyes and carefully landed on top of the boat. He ran straight to the room at the back of the boat. He almost jumped out of his boots because of his excitement. There in front of him in an item frame was an elytra. He quickly pulled his communicator again.

"Scar! Scar!!" He happily yelled into the device while grabbing the wings and shoving it into his inventory. "Scar! I got it, I got the one, I got the thing, I got the- the dudade, and we are- ooh oh" Grian noticed the dragon head at the edge of the boat right before he took off.

"Ooh no You didn't lose it did you?!? Scar asked.

"No I just totally forgot about the ender dragon head, imma take that" Grian said reassuring Scar that he did not drop the wings. "Okay, I'm gonna head back, talk to you in a minute." And with that, Grian turned off his communicator and grabbed his rockets. He zipped up into the air in his typical fashion and started to head back the way he came.

After a lot of flying he finally reached the island and called scar again while in the air.

"Scar, I can see the mainland, can you let me know if I'm good to land?"

"Sure thing! There aren't any enderman nearby at the moment, where are you trying to land?" The Wizard asked.

"I'm going to try to land by the portal so we can just leave right away." Grian said. It was obvious he wanted to leave and Scar didn't question it.

"Alright G, you are all clear!"
Grian nodded as if Scar could actually see him and started to descend quickly. Grian had unfortunately miscalculated his speed and was getting way to close to the ground very quickly, which caused him to slightly panic. There was no chance to pull up and the water was too far away. His only option it seemed was the portal, so he adjusted his position a bit and fired a rocket, bracing for impact. He flew faster and faster, speeding right towards the portal.

He went through, and when he opened his eyes he expected to be in his bed. But he wasn't.
He was falling.
It was all black.
He didn't have his elytra.
He had nothing on him or in his inventory.

No... not again. NOT AGAIN! PLEASE NOT AGAIN!

His mind flooded with images and memories of the last time he was here. When They took him away from Evo. They forced him to hurt others with the powers They gave him.
These "people" were the Watchers.
The dreaded symbol appeared everywhere he looked. He needed to stop falling. He needed to get out of there before they took him again. He spun himself around to see where he was falling to, and it seemed as if there was some imaginary ground getting closer and closer.
He started to panic even more as there was nothing he could do to stop him from falling right into the ground.
He kept falling closer and closer.
This is it, I'm going to die.
He was going to hit the ground and then, he spawned back on top of his bed as if none of that happened. He shot up and immediately pinched himself to make sure this was real. A voice pulled him out of his slight panic.

"Did you die? Grian?!?" It was Scar.

"S-scar?" Grian tried to keep himself from sobbing after what he just saw.

"Did you go off the edge? Where did you go?" Scar quickly asked, his voice filled with concern. Grian gave a shaky sigh.

"I'm alright, I went through the portal. Meet me at your snail and I'll give you your elytra."

"Alright G, I'll meet you there." Scar said before turning off his communicator. Grian turned off his too and sighed. He tried to wrap his head around what happened. After a few minutes of trying to calm down, his communicator buzzed signaling him that he should probably head over to Larry the snail.

Needless to say, Grian didn't enter the End for a long time after that.
