ch.21: new best friend?

"well tell me about yourself brylinia" i said

"well uhm...i'm from delaware and i've moved from house to house because we never really found a place to settle down and live normally. usually we end up having problems with the neighbors. but i stayed in the same high school. CHS." she said while playing with her pencil.

"ohh! CHS. my friend kevin used to go there. he said it was a mess."

"oh yeah a huge mess. everybody did whatever they want to be honest. there were like bitch squads and shit. like literally people had their own group. i was in a loner group. i didn't really like hanging out with the popular people. they suck." she said

"oh my god me too. well i guess my boyfriend is popular but other than that the rest of those people are bitches. like the girls are annoying. i'd rather be a loner than be like one of them." i said laughing.

we talked the whole class period. she was fun to talk to. she was outgoing and chill.

(the next day)

i went to brandon's locker to get my gym bag since i left it there about a week ago.

i got a little nervous cuz his friends were there. but i convinced myself to go up to him.

"heyy." i said while hugging brandon.

"hey princess. what you've been up to?" he said while hugging me back

"nothing. i just met the new girl" i said.

"new girl? didn't know"

"yeah. she's really nice. oh and she has gym with us." i said

"yeah i've seen her. she's hot." his friend said while getting pushed around.

i looked at them and then i looked at brandon. he was laughing with them. i kinda hoped they wouldn't see each other. i don't want him to think she's cute or anything.

"nah but don't worry madeline. brandon loves you" his friends teased.

"okay okay that's enough." brandon said while laughing.

"let's go." i said.

i went to the gym and i was looking for brylinia.

"brandon?!" she said.

"brylinia heyy!"

brandon went to give her a hug.

"you guys know each other?" i said

"yeah our parents are friends." she said

"ohhh..." i said

"well imma go change." brandon said.

"okay..bye" i said.

"bye princess. and nice seeing you again bry."

"nice seeing you too!"

we went inside the girls locker room and literally everyone just stared at her.
