Ch.12: Whats The Big Deal?!

i look at him and his hand was still on my shoulder. he pulls me into his chest and his hand goes down to my waist.

my heart started beating so fast and i turned so red. our faces were inches from each other. he kept looking into my eyes then it switched to my lips.

i turned around so that i don't have to look at him and make a big mistake.

but then he turns me around again. i put my arms around him and he licks his lips.

he puts one of his hands on my face while the other in on my waist.

then..it finally happened.

he kisses me.

it was a nice and gentle kiss. then he stops and we just stare at each other.

then he leans in again and we just start making out.

but then suddenly i heard the door open.

"what the fuck?"

brandon and i stop immediately and see caleb at the door.

"i can explain.." brandon says.

"explain what? how you were KISSING MY SISTER??" caleb yelled.

"look i just went on a little date with her no biggie." brandon says calmly

"YOU WENT ON A DATE??? SHES MY SISTER BRANDON WHAT THE FUCK?" caleb shouts.

"caleb calm down it's okay." i said.

"you shut up" he said

"so you guys are dating the whole entire time." he says.

"well we aren't dating.." brandon says.

"THEN WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU?" caleb shouts

"friends with benefits?" i said.

"exactly. you know i don't date caleb." brandon said.

"brandon leave. i don't wanna see you around my sister anymore." caleb barked.

"what? no you can't do that!" i shout.

"it's fine princess. i'll see you at school." brandon says.

brandon gets in his car and drives away. caleb grabs me and pulls me inside.

"i can't believe you would do this to me." caleb said.

"he's my best friend"

"okay well caleb i like him! and he likes me why can't you just be happy for us?"

"BECAUSE ONE HES MY BEST FRIEMD AND TWO HES OLDER THAN YOU"

"OKAY AND? WHATS THE BIG DEAL???"

"THE BIG DEAL IS THAT HES GONNA BREAK YOUR HEART!"

i just stood there. completely quiet.

"what're you talking about?" i asked while crossing my arms.

"that's what he does madeline. he makes you fall for him by taking you out or kisses you, then leaves you there like you're nothing"

i stood there in disbelief. it makes sense because he would never act like that with someone.

"he did that with amanda. that's why she got so pressed when he was talking about you. she still likes him." caleb points out

"wait..he dated amanda?" i asked

"well not exactly. but maddy. don't let him fool you."

"he's your best friend tho. why are you talking shit about him then?" i snarled

"because you're my sister. and i don't want him hurting you like that." caleb said.

i went upstairs and closed my bedroom door. brandon knew i was his best friends little sister. why would he go after me?

i couldn't believe it. he really did fool me. i thought he was into me. i shouldn't of believed him. it's so obvious that brandon's like that.

THE NEXT DAY

i'm sitting in class when i hear someone whisper my name from outside the classroom.

i look up and i see brandon.

he signals me to come out but i ignore him. j didn't wanna deal with his bullshit

"maddy" brandon whispers

i kept on ignoring him and he kept whispering my name. i finally asked the teacher if i could use the bathroom and i go to where brandon is.

"what do you want?" i snapped.

"wow. not even excited to see me princess?" brandon flirts.

"look i'm trying to finish a test brandon. just leave me alone." i said while heading back.

he grabs my arm and pulls me back to where i was.

"why are you mad? what did i do?" brandon questions.

"look..brandon. you can't fool me. i think you should just leave me alone. for good. got it?" i snapped.

"what do you mean i can't fool you?"

"brandon just leave me alone."

brandon puts his arm on my waist and just looks at me.

"brandon i said leave me alone." i snarled.

"you've got to be fucking kidding me."

brandon and i both turn and see caleb standing there.

"not this shit again"
