A week passed since I met Atem and I felt good about showing off my ears and tail’s any were I went, but only when I was with the gang. I have also been getting a LOT better at duel monsters. So yea I have been getting more confident about lots of things, even more so than when my parents where around… you see they died when I was four years old in a fire, I can barely even remember what they look like. But I can handle it I mean—THUD I fell on my butt and books flew everywhere “ouch… that hurt…” “Are you ok Kari?” I looked up and Atem was holding out his hand to help me up “yes I’m fine” I smiled then took his hand and he helped me get my books for class… did I mention that he walk’s Yugi to and from school “is something on your mind?” “Yea…” I looked down “Do you want to talk about it?” “Maybe later I have a lot on my plate…”“Well if you say so…” Atem started to walk off then he turned back “if you want to talk about it just let me know I’m all ears” I looked at him “Ok, I’ll let you know” then gave him a shy smile and walked in school to class… class seemed longer today than any other day… I guess cause it was the ten year anniversary of my parents death and I kept pondering to myself if I should bring the gang with me and if I should tell them about my parents… I guess it couldn’t hurt...
