Well not much has changed since we spoke to Seto… but now that I think about it the school has been feeling more and more empty lately. It gives me the creeps!! When I get a chance I’ll—THUD!!! “Ouch…” “Sorry Kari…” it was Atem again! Boy did I need to talk to him about what was going on! “Are you ok?” “Yea… you seem to have a habit of bumping in to me when I need to tell you something… even when I don’t know it” I smiled “what’s on your mind?” he smiled back “well the school has been feeling emptier lately… does it have something to do with the shadow games returning?” “Maybe… let me know if anything else suspicious happens… ok?” “Sir yes sir!” I smiled, he laughed a little then I left for school… school took forever I fell asleep at least two times during class!! After school I was walking with the gang when someone appeared in front of us… He was apparently a duelist! I could tell cause he had a duel disk on his arm… He also had a dark aura that gave me chills!! “Kat stand back! He has been taken over by the shadows!” I didn’t move an inch his duel disk popped open as well as mine. I looked back at gang and said “someone go get Atem!” then I looked back at my opponent then we both yelled “DUEL!!!” I had the first turn. That was Mistake #1. He insulted me Mistake #2. He insulted my friends!! MISTAKE #3 YOUR OUT!!!!! I won!!! When Atem showed up the duel had just ended… and I looked at him with a scared mixed with a shocked expression… NOT the happy shocked lick on Christmas when you get what you’ve always wanted… no this more like when you lose your parents… trust me I know that feeling! “What happened?!” Atem rushed up to me and I could not move cause how scared I was! “T-the s-shadow realm I-is scary!” I replied then looked up and said “They really are back? Aren’t they?” Atem looked at the boy then back at me and nodded slowly… What is going on?!
