"What happened?" Jason asked as he and Vanessa ran to his side.

AT'Gru stood with their help, and walked over to the view screen. He shed a single tear before turning to the Captain.

"It just appeared out of nowhere and came through our defenses like they weren't even there, but that wasn't what took the core. It's almost as if it was anticipating you coming, but...what took the core was..."

"Cassia." John said, cutting off AT'Gru, as the lift doors opened behind them.

John, Gremlet, the High Council members, and two identical creatures that Jason had never seen before, stepped onto the bridge. Jason started noticing the bridge getting a little crowded as he let Danny lead everyone to the debriefing room. The twins, although had a seemingly stretched watery humanoid figure, flowed through the air like streams of water as they entered and took their seats.

"Now, what happened?" Jason asked, looking at the newcomers.

"We don't know exactly..." one of the twins started.

"...it just appeared out of nowhere. Most escaped the facility only to be captured by the orb." The other finished.

"Cassia was the one who took the core," John said, cringing as he mentioned Cassia's name. "She...it...converted them, those that didn't make it. The rest were taken by that...thing." he finished as he looked at the Captain with sorrowful eyes.

"By the time we got to it, it was already leaving. Said something about 'going to see a man about a dog'...whatever that means." Gremlet said.

"Yep, definitely been to Earth." Jason said to himself.

Jason explained the phrase to the group, then looked at everyone.

"Think it might mean anything to you guys?" Jason asked, looking at the Peacekeepers.

They all looked at each other as they shrugged their shoulders.

"The Hagonites!!" Vira suddenly shouted out, remembering the dog-like creatures from the dragon ship.

Jason contemplated on it for a brief second but then asked,

"Ok. If that were so, then who's the man he's going to see?"

"Although I am acquainted with the Hagonites, I don't believe it would be me...seeing as I was right there." John said as he thought.

"I don't think it's any of us...or more so someone, but someTHING...and I don't think it was the Hagonites he was referring to." Nano said.

"Crsytallina!!" Hugo said after a few seconds.

--------------🌌-------------

Somewhere off in the distant part of Farside, where anyone rarely visits because of it's chaotic gravitational fluctuations, sat a sparkling planetoid like object almost hidden in the darkness. Within the planet, a floating view screen showed a spacial rift open just outside of the planetiod's defenses. A small dark purple and pink fleshy looking orb emerged and approached the planetoid with no problems.

Curious, the feminine figure reached out a mental thread. As soon as she made contact, she quickly withdrew as she stood up from her throne in shock. Reaching her arms above her head, she made a small chant. Over a dozen small whirlpools started forming on the floor of the throne room as multicolored rock looking creatures rose from the middle of each. The colors seemed to shift through the effects of the rainbow as they all turned towards the figure. She pointed at the view screen, which still showed the orb on it's approach, then at the stalagmite littered ceiling. The creatures all turned and walked into the wall and dissapeared. She flicked her hand nonchalantly in the air and the small chamber lit up, as she sat back down. She moved the view screen to the front of her and leaned back as she watched the screen, wondering who this incarnated evil was.

-------------🌌-------------

"Who?" Jason asked.

"Crystallina is a drifter entity. She has no memory of her past or where she comes from, but is very powerful. She came into Farside a few thousand years ago and had the unfortunate pleasure of running into bad company. They tried to capture and study her and paid a dire price for it in the end. Ever since, she doesn't trust newcomers and you better have a real good reason to step foot without permission." Hugo said as he turned to the Captain.

The Impala angled itself towards it's new destination and dissapeared in a neon blue sparkle of lights. A few seconds later, a neon blue flash, and the Impala was sitting just outside of what appeared to be a sphere of almost invisible shattered glass.

"This is what is known as the Chaos Bubble." Hugo started. "It holds an ensemble of gravity wells, gravity fluctuations, micro black holes, the works. Sort of a defense shield she put up."

"Amazing, yet scary. Can't wait to meet her." Vanessa said as she stared out the view screen.

"Most would not be so anxious to meet one such as me, but your hearts are full of curiosity. You realize the danger, yet you proceed regardless." A crystalline voice spoke in the air.

Suddenly the briefing room became cold, as they could hear the sound of ice....no, 'crystals?' everyone thought as the crystals began forming everywhere. A large crystal began to form in the middle of the room, causing the table to mold around it before disappearing as everyone got up. The crystal grew almost to the ceiling before breaking down, revealing a slim humanoid shaped crystalline female. Although her features seemed to be chiseled, her movements were organic as she walked towards Vanessa, giving off a prism-like effect as she moved.

"Ahh!" Was all she said as she stared into Vanessa's eyes, then at the Captain. Catching the corner of her eye, she recognized a familiar presence as she now paid attention to the rest of the room.

"You!!" She said as she looked at Star.

Suddenly she was standing in front of Star before anyone had even realized she moved. Star, reflexively enclosed her in a purplish bubble.

"What are you doing?" Hugo said as he ran over to Star.

"She intended me harm"

"Release me at once!" The figure said after a few seconds of struggling .

"Only if you promise not to hurt anyone, namely me." Star said as she looked at the figure.

"Odd." The figure said as she straightened up and stared back.

"What do you mean?" Star asked, curious.

"You are different. Not like the other one.

"Yes yes I know. He's evil, I'm not. He wa..." Star said, nonchalantly twirling her hand around but was cut off.

"No, that's not it...I can explain further on my planet. I must tend to my injured." The figure said. Jason and Danny looked at each other knowingly.

Star released her from the bubble but still kept an eye on her. The figure simply smiled, then turned towards the view screen and spread her arms. The seemingly glass shards separated, clearing a path for the Impala to go through towards the almost cloaked planet. She clapped her hands together and pushed out with her palms. The planet lit up brightly in a rainbow of colors before dimming down to reveal an odd shaped crystal, shimmering in its prism like effect, mirroring the feminine figure as she turned towards the room.

"I am Crystallina, Queen of Crystalia!!" She said proudly as she extended an arm towards the planet.
