However, the flames of her own pain were starting to flicker out of control. The constant exposure to human tragedy was taking its toll. The nightmares were back, the survivors guilt gnawed at her, and the joy she once found in saving lives felt increasingly distant. Who would be there to save her when her own world started to crumble?
