Hey everyone, so this chapter is going to only be in Richelle's POV. I wanted to focus more on the academy, & Richelle's trip away, instead of just have it all zip by in one chapter. This chapter is also going to be quite a bit longer than the regular ones. But because of this, I'll be sticking a second chapter up tonight.  :)

By the way, for the sake of the story, Ozzy's dad separated from his mum when he was young.

Richelle's POV

Dancing with Ozzy was practically impossible.

We were in week five of our rather exhausting Intensive, & being around him was still more exhausting than the classes & rehearsals.

For the first three weeks we were just doing group sessions, impromptu classes, conditioning, & of course the various styles; such as jazz, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, acro, tap, & even some ballroom. We also had a workout class, which as you can imagine, was just us doing lots of running, & a heap of circuits.

We had academic studies as well as Dance though. So things like English, Maths, Science, Etymology, Biology, Physics, & Home Economics, were done in classrooms, like a regular school.

We had our workout class from 7:30am to 8:15, then our school days started at 8:45am, which meant we had just enough time to walk back to our dorms, shower quickly, & grab our backpacks, & a snack to eat on the way to classes.

School finished at 3:30pm everyday, All students (including guests) then had dance lessons from 4:15pm until 9:40pm. Because of the rules about not being out alone after dark, I was forced to walk back to the dorm with Ozzy, & it was very awkward.

I'm not going to lie, the teaching here, & overall training was amazing! The teachers were very strict & professional, but also very encouraging.

Our ballroom teacher, Mr. Wess, was great once we had managed to break through his rather 'shy' exterior. He was like an uncle figure to me, & it had only been five weeks.

Ozzy & I, both got along well with all our others teachers too! Especially I with the acro instructer, Emma; & Ozzy practically became best buds with the hip hop teacher, Jake. So, it was really great!

The only teacher who wasn't so 'soft-hearted' towards us was the ballet teacher, Mrs. Jannette.

She was a very grumpy/stubborn looking women, around in her late 60's. Mrs. Jannette was very particular with uniform, & making sure a single hair wasn't out of place. She even made Ozzy take his glasses off (despite not being able to see without them on), & made another girl practice her fouettes in front of us for 15 minutes because she had showed up late to class with food poisoning.

One other time, during ballet, she asked to see our arabesques going into penché, but one girl slipped, & Mrs. Jannette immediately kicked her out of class for the day.

She certainly wasn't 'easy to put up with', but I did get a compliment on my turn-out & technique, so I was happy with that.

Luckily for me; for ballet & ballroom, I had been able to pair up with Mitchell, a dancer from Starlight Dance Academy, instead of, Ozzy. They told us that this way we could get use to working with someone who wasn't from our own studio, & improve our partnership skills for if we had a duo sprang on us last minute.

Mitchell was a great dancer, & a really nice guy too! His main focus was ballet & tap, but he dabbled in a lot of other styles, including acro, & jazz. We hung-out on campus, ate together in the cafeteria, & just got along really well, so we exchanged numbers, so we could still talk, & keep in contact after the Intensive.
