Chapter 15

After searching some areas there was only one factory nearby and I was wishing Kabir to be here. There was a car parked outside and it looked the same one which that lady described. There was only one guard out and I cannot wait any longer. I grabbed the guard from the back without making any sound and then wore his mask and cap.

'Shine I know you told me to wait but I can't sorry. Just please come early before I get caught.' I spoke mentally

As I was wearing the mask, they thought I was one of them.

I heard some noises

"Let me go."

"Can you please save up your energy they will not," Kabir said.

"Kabir......Kabir...." I mumbled. I saw Kabir and one more boy sitting. It appeared from the bruises that they were punched.

When I was thinking what to do someone said "Hey why are you here?"

I didn't say anything

"Speak up. We told you to guard the entrance, right?

"Did you allot someone else?" he asked

I nodded in his direction.

"Don't do such things from now onwards. You know how risky it was to kidnap them. The boss will kill you." I nodded again.

"Why are you here by the way?" he asked again

"Water," I said

"No water here," he said

"For them," I said. Now it was his turn to nod.

I approached Kabir who was sitting there.

"Adi! Adi why are you here alone? Adi leave." Kabir spoke slowly.

"How...how did you know" I asked looking puzzled

"Your bracelet." He said and looked at it. How dumb of me to ask him, Kabir would obviously know it was me if not the bracelet then many other things. I spend most of my time with him and he knows what I wear regularly.

Then I saw the other boy who heard us and said "Adi?" a little louder making both- me and Kabir curse him.

"Adi? Hey, who are you? Boss" that man shouted.

"Are you mad?" Kabir said to that boy.

"Hey how did you find us?" the boss asked me

"Did you leave anything back?" that same man asked others.

"No boss"

"They are lying," I said showing him that watch.

"You idiots"

"Why have you kidnapped Kabir? And who is this other boy?" I asked

"Hey Adi I am N," he said

"N?" I said

"Leave my friend" I shouted.

"Look kid we don't have a problem with your friend it's just that he saw us kidnapping this kid so we have to kidnap him too. We had to take revenge on his father so we kidnapped him but now as he saw us, we can't leave him as well as you. So, Kill him." He said pointing towards me.

They came towards me and I fought with them. Then seeing his men going down the boss came. I tried to punch him but he was stronger than me.

"I think you are a beginner in this kid. But you know what, I am experienced in this so your survival chances are low." He said pushing me down.

"We'll see that," I said while getting up.

"I must say you keenly want to save that boy. What is that I am seeing in your fight?"

"Kabir is my only family and I can't lose him," I shouted.

We fought again and this time he pushed me to the ground so strongly that I blacked out for some seconds.

"Adi...Adi wake up" someone shouted. I followed that voice and saw Kabir saying "No Adi don't give up. Don't let them beat you. You're stronger than them."

I don't know who was shouting at that time but it felt strongly that I needed to save him. I tried to get up when I heard Kabir shouting again "Get up Adi."

"Kabir..." I whispered. "UHG..." I can't give up. I have to fight him back.

"Come on boy get up look your friend is calling you." The boss said

"You..." I said with a strong punch on his face.

Before I could punch him more, the shine came. Great timing but she should have arrived early.

"Everyone down with your weapons." She said and I sighed with relief. Finally, this is over. Now I can rest.

"Kabir you ok?" Shine asked and he nodded.

"Arrest everyone." She commanded.

I went near Kabir to untie his rope.

"Hey untie mine too."

"Adi wait" Kabir said.

"Nathan we will release you only when you'll behave with students in college. I don't want anyone to suffer because of you." Kabir said. This was something new for me. I smiled looking at him. So, his name is Nathan and I thought his parents named him 'N', he was the one who bullied Kabir earlier with his friends but now he nodded to us and said that he would not bully anyone.

"Shine, Adi needs a check-up," Kabir said.

I passed out when Shine was talking to Nathan about something.
