Day 6

My heart stopped. I couldn't do this, if they wanted to kill me, then let them. I wanted it to be fast and easy because this torture wasn't worth it. Nothing was worth this , nothing at all. He looked in and finally opened it.

I would have stood up but not to repeat my earlier actions. It just felt like it needed to be done but i kept sitting, with my head down.

"Lets make a deal" he said making me look up at him only to see him staring at me. There had been an awkward silence for so long that I thought that he had come to see me once more before sending me to my doom. I stared at him for a bit and didn't realize how fast my heart was beating right now.

"Let me just lay it out for you" he said and stepped closer. He crouched down in front of me but not too close so I watched as he did all of this. "If you submit, then you can leave this place " he said making me gasp. Submit? The heck?! Was this what this was all about?

"Submit" I whispered to myself. "I'm not an animal that you can play around with, I will do no such thing" I said to him now. He stared and crawled closer. My breathing became uneven as he did so. "No more  starving, beating or even chains " he added.

Was he telling the truth? Because if so then I might just agree to this deal of his. It would benefit me but that got me thinking.  What was in it for him?

"You will be free but at a price" he stated, standing up and turning to leave for the door. No! He couldn't,  how did I know that he would come back? I couldn't let him go. "Wait!" I shouted  and he turned glaring at me . It made me uncomfortable but still, now was not the time.

"What price?" I asked and he came closer. Maybe he didn't want people to know. "You have to agree to everything I claim to anyone and everyone" he said and I looked at him bewildered. What game was he playing at. "What does that even mean?" I asked him.

"It means, you agree with me no matter what....and you're free from..this" he said pointing around me. I looked around then sprung up still standing at the wall. He stared a bit then walked closer until we were a foot away from each other .

"Deal?" He said pulling out his hand for me to shake. I pulled out mine and almost shook his then stopped. "What do I have to agr-" he cut me off by groaning.

"Oh and no questions asked." He said making me sigh. I outstretched my hand and he took it but not as aggressively as I had thought. This would be my price for freedom.......I was going to escape, run away to be exact. The way he held it was like it was some fragile gem he couldn't break, he didn't want to break.

We shook before I softly pulled away and sat back down. "Here," his voice calm and smooth as he handed something to me. There was a pill in his hand. I looked at him, his hand, the pill, my own shaking hands then back at him. My eyes were pleading. Really, after I trust and agree with you? Did he want me dead that bad?

"What is this? A drug? Poison?"I asked more to myself forgetting about the no-questions rule. "Neverm-" he cut me off again shaking his head. I was scared that he would yell or worse still, call Roger. That man had become my worst nightmare and I wondered who else's nightmare he was too.  "It won't kill you and I won't drug you, take it," he said now also pulling out a bottle of water from behind his back.

I don't know why I trusted him but I took it and drank it while cautiously looking at him. Within a couple of seconds, I regretted my decision as my eyes blurred and soon I had gone unconscious,  again! This was surely a new record for the amount of time someone goes unconscious.
