White Rose: Hanahaki Disease

Weiss POV 

I was walking to my next class when I saw Ruby staggering into the bathroom. I saw Yang with her and opening the door. I didn't really think much about what was happening, so I continued to go to class.

As I walk into class, I saw Neptune waving over to me to sit next to him. Of course, I go over to him and sit down beside him.

Neptune: "How's my lovely snow angel today~"

Weiss: "The same as usual"

Neptune: "So I heard that your single right now"

Weiss: "Yea, why"?

Neptune: "Well, you know that town festival that's coming up"?

Weiss: "Yea"

Neptune: "Wanna go with the hottest guy on campus"?

Weiss: "Mmm, sure"

Ruby POV 

Yang: "I gotcha"

I cough up a few more rose petals and blood into the toilet before collapsing beside it.

Yang: "Here, have some water"

Ruby: "T-Thanks"

I take a sip of the water and Yang kneels down beside me.

Yang: "This has been going on for 3 weeks now, at this rate you'll die"!

Ruby: "It'll eventually wear off"

Yang: "No it won't, the Hanahaki Disease doesn't end until either the victim dies or when he/she confesses to their crush and the crush feels the same"

Ruby: "Then this means I'll die..."

Yang: "I won't let you. Ice queen is gonna pay for making you like this"

Ruby: "Yang, it's ok"

Yang: "No it's not, your suffering because Ice queen is to dense to figure out your feelings! And worst of all, she seems like she's the happiest person in the world right now"!

It's because she's got Neptune

She never smiles like that when she's with me

She'll be happier with him

No one would ever want to be with a childish dunce

Yang: "Cmon we're going to the nurse today"

Ruby: "N-No they'll ask to many questions"!

Yang: "Fine, then we're staying in the dorms for the rest of the day"

Ruby: "O-Ok"

~RWBY Dorm~

Yang: "Up you go"

Ruby: "Thanks Yang"

I climb on my bed and Yang puts my blanket on me

Soon, I fell asleep

Yang POV 

As Ruby fell asleep I heard the bell ring and shortly after that, Blake came in.

Blake: "Is she still"?

Yang: "Yea..."

Blake: "Weiss doesn't even realize Ruby's in pain..."

Yang: "I know"

Blake: "Has she been getting better"?

Yang: "No, it's gotten worst" 

As soon as I finish saying that, Weiss walks in happily

But stops when she sees our faces

Weiss: "Guys? Is there something wrong here"?

I could feel my semblance heat up my blood, and I knew my eyes were red right now

Blake: "Weis-"

Yang: "HOW COULD YOU"?

I walked up to her and held her up by her jacket collar

Yang: "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU"?

Blake: "Yang"!

Weiss: "W-What's wrong with me? W-What's wrong w-with you? Who chokes s-someone the second they w-walk in"?

Blake: "Yang, let her go"

I hesitate for a moment then I nod and put her down

Weiss: *coughs* "What was that for"!?

Yang: "I don't care anymore"

I grab Blake and I drag her out of the room with me

Blake: "Aren't you gonna tell her"?

Yang: "As much as I want to, this has to be Ruby's job"

Blake: "I wish we could help her more"

Yang: "Same..."
