Alex's POV
~a few days later
"Please take care of mum and yourself when I'm gone okay, Don?" My voice was shaky. Brandon nodded his head and pulled me into a hug, "I'm gonna miss you, you annoying piece of shit," he chuckled. I laughed, "I'll miss you too dickhead." I pulled away from the hug and looked at my mother. She was holding back her tears and was smiling. "I'll come visit whenever I can okay?" I hugged my mother, she patted my back and nodded, "remember to call me."
"I will," I was already crying by then and so was mum.
"Oh Katherine, we'll take good care of her," Rebecca added, I nodded and smiled. I turned and saw Elena smile a sad smile and I returned it. What is life gonna be like without her? My annoying beautiful funny best friend. "I'm gonna miss you so friggin much, Elena Howard," I mumbled as I pulled her into a hug. "I'll miss you loads too, Alexandra Clare. Ring me up when you can okay?" She replied, I nodded and a tear escaped and rolled down my cheek. "God don't cry, you're gonna get me emotional," Elena whined, I laughed,"you were about to cry yourself..."
She laughed and pulled away, a tear rolled down her cheek too. "Don't you dare find a replacement Clare," she warned. I laughed and shook my head, "where the hell will I find someone like you?" This girl cannot ever be replaced, the bitch knows too much.
"Um not to ruin the moment but I think we should go..." Finn was at the door, his blonde hair gelled into a quiff, he was wearing a white hoodie and ripped skinny jeans with a pair of white hightop converse. He looked really really hot. I looked at the time and saw that it was 4:15pm. Our flight is at 7pm so we had to be at the airport by 5pm. I nodded and gave my mother, brother and Elena one last hug. "I love you, take care!" I waved goodbye and got into the car. I waved until they disappeared from my view. Andy was driving and Rebecca was riding shotgun. Emmy and Jack were sitting up infront while Finn and I got the back sit. It was a 7 seater car so there was plenty of space. I looked back, my house was no longer in sight. I could picture my mother in my brother's arms, crying her eyes out and Elena trying her best to hold back her tears. "Alex? Alex, are you okay? Why are you crying?" Finn shook me slightly, whispering. I didn't even knew I was crying, I wiped away my tears and nodded. He used a tissue and wiped my tears away, "don't cry, you're gonna ruin your makeup, this is how Jack and I feel when we go on trips you know." I looked up at him, but they go on trips so often.
"We like travelling, and we do it often so we don't get to spend a lot of time with our family often. You've given us an opportunity to hang our together you know? We owe you so much, so don't cry, let us go to London and show you our gratitude okay?" His voice was so gentle, I smiled and nodded, he smiled back and pulled me into him. He patted my back and soon I feel into a deep sleep...
