My Little Black Cauldron

Chapter 15

As they ran through out the corridors, Rainbow Blitz, Rainbow Dash, and Cranky Doodle Donkey cam across the main room where the cauldron was still sucking up all the mist and fire, destroying all the evil it created. Rainbow Blitz looked at Cranky Doodle Donkey as he said "Get Rainbow Dash out of here! Hurry!" "But, Rainbow Blitz!" Rainbow Dash said. "I, please, I-!" Rainbow Blitz interrupted her as he said "Go on! Go with Cranky Doodle Donkey!" He looked at the cauldron as he said "Maybe there's still a chance, for Winona." Suddenly, the black cauldron gave out a mad rush of wind as all the torches blew out. Rainbow Blitz was then being dragged towards the cauldron. He then spotted an iron handle, and grabbed it as he held on tight. King Sombra emerged down the stairs while carrying Snips with his magic as his pony minion said. "No, sire! Please!" King Sombra looked at the pony skeletons, and kicked them as he said "Get up! Come alive!" "Maybe they're only resting, sire!" Snips said. He looked at a pony skeleton as he said "Do something! My life is at stake!" King Sombra got even more mad as he said "Get up you fools! Kill!"

Snips then spotted Rainbow Blitz holding on for dear life as he said "Look! Sire, look! It's the dragon colt! It's HIS fault! He's the cause of it!" King Sombra then tossed Snips aside as he walked over to Rainbow Blitz, and said "You've interfered for the last time!" Snips laughed as he said "Go for his throat, sire!" "Now, dragon keeper." King Sombra said as grabbed Rainbow Blitz. " You shall die!" "No! DON'T!" Rainbow Blitz said as he kicked King Sombra away, and tried to escape. King Sombra suddenly got pulled in by the black cauldron as he said "What's this?!" He looked at Rainbow Blitz as he said "No, you'll not escape!" He grabbed Rainbow Blitz as he said "You will satisfy the cauldron's hunger!" He tossed Rainbow Blitz onto the floor, and he made his way to the staircase. Rainbow Blitz crawled away from the cauldron while Rainbow Dash and Cranky Doodle Donkey watched from a parapet above as Rainbow Dash said "Oh no!" The black cauldron the made another huge gush of wind, pulling King Sombra further towards itself as he said "No! You'll not have me! My power can not die!" He tried to pull away, but he failed as he said "Curse you! No! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He screamed as he got suck into the cauldron, and it flashed. And just like that, he was gone.

Snips looked on as he said "Oh no! H-How horrible! Poor sire! H-He's gone!" He then gasped as he smiled and laughed gleefully when he realized that he was free, and said "He's gone! He's gone! He's gone!" He then ran away as the cauldron turned to molten gold, causing the floor to collapse. Rainbow Blitz ran for his life while looking for Rainbow Dash and Cranky Doodle Donkey as he said "Cranky Doodle Donkey! Rainbow Dash!" "Over here!" Rainbow Dash said. He ran up to them as he said "Thank goodness you're safe! Come on, Cranky Doodle Donkey! Hurry!" They ran throughout the castle that was falling apart. The floors behind them were collapsing as Cranky Doodle Donkey said "For sakes alive!" They then came to a spot were the floor was split. Rainbow Blitz and Rainbow Dash flew to the other side, and Rainbow Blitz looked at Cranky Doodle Donkey as he said "Come on, jump!" Cranky Doodle Donkey jumped, and he made it to the other side. They then ran down the hallway, and reached the sewer of the castle. Rainbow Dash then spotted a boat waiting for them as she said "Rainbow Blitz, look!" "Good, get in!" Rainbow Blitz said as they got into the boat, and he started unting the rope.
