Several days have passed...
I wake up and Dipper is fast asleep, and for those few seconds everything felt like it was back to normal. I came over to his bed and grabbed his journal and started looking for something interesting to read about. I find the stone and start reading about it like how it was made and stuff. One thing catches my eye though "...if the second chosen to wish is unable to wish the wish is returned to the finder of the stone to either give it away again or use it..." That's really strange, it's almost asking for people to hurt others for this second wish. I am definitely trying to wish for everything to back to normal and that he never found that stupid stone. All it's caused is pain, it seemed like a great idea but it wasn't at all. I wonder when Dipper is gonna wake up, i really wanna talk about his wish. Oh, and maybe what he did to Bill, he definitely deserved anything Dipper gave him. I grab my phone and check the date, June 22. It's Summerween! How did I not notice before? I don't even have a costume! I get dressed in my sweater with a ghost that glows in the dark on it and run to kitchen. "Stan! It's Summe... Oh yeah..." A lone tear runs down my face. How am I suppose to get a costume now? I'd ask Wendy to help but she is still in the hospital I think. I run back upstairs and grab my phone and scroll through my contact list. Everyone I know here isn't able to except maybe... No, he won't do it. I can try but it's a most likely a no... I dial up the phone. "Hey. Um... Do you thin you can take me to the store? Stan and everyone else is super busy..." I hear a grunt. "Fine. But you'll definitely owe me. I'm only doing it so I can get a costume for this party." I can't believe he said yes. "O-m-g thank you so much." In a half an hour I hear a honk outside and head outside. I open the passenger side door and get in. "Hi." He looks up from his phone. "Hey. You ready?" I nod and we pull out the driveway and head to the store. We get there and there are tons of people going last minute shopping for candy. We head towards costume isle and they still have a bunch. I immediately see one I like. "Hey, Robbie what do you think of this one?" I pull it down and show him. It's a pink, sparkly fairy costume. "I don't like it." He turns around and keeps looking and so do I. I keep looking and in the back of the rack, half bend behind all the others is a beautiful yellow and black monarch butterfly costume. I pull it off the rack. "How bout this one?" He turns. "Nice. I still don't like it though, it's clearly not my type of thing." He pulls one off the rack and shows me this gruesome, bloody zombie. "I'm getting this one." We walk to the front and we pay for our costumes. We head outside to the car and get in. "Thanks for taking me. I didn't think you would." He starts the car and looks over. "It wasn't for you if that's what your thinking. I thought If I was nicer to you guys maybe Wendy will like me more." He pulls out of the spot and we begin heading home. It's silent the rest of the ride. I'm just glad he was able to take me. I wonder if dippers awake. I walk into the house and upstairs to check out my costume. Dipper is still sleeping so I quietly pull the costume out of the bag. It has everything in it, I don't need a single thing. It's perfect. I grab the costume part and get changed into it. It fits absolutely perfect. I put on the wings and it almost looks real. I grab the makeup stuff and do that quickly in the mirror. I put on the high knee boots and lace them up tight. I go downstairs and find my candy bag in the closet and I go into the kitchen to grab a quick snack. I wonder if dipper is going trick-or-treating after what happened last year, that was crazy. I think this the first year were not doing a twin costume. I wonder what the grenda and candy are doing today being on vacation. I look at the clock and it's almost 7, I eat some cereal and milk quickly and head upstairs to wake up Dipper. I walk in and he's finishing put his costume on. He turns around and faces me. "How's it look?" He has the reverend outfit on from the puppet show. "Eh. Are you sure you want to wear it?" He nods and straightens the collar. "I know this sounds weird but can you do some zombie makeup for me?" I laugh and grab my makeup bag. I finish in a few minutes and dipper looks in the mirror. "Wow! Mabel this is awesome!" I laugh, he grabs his bag, and we head downstairs. We walk outside and it's twilight, we walk to the golf cart and hop in. Dipper starts it up and he drives us into town. We part in an abandoned parking lot right outside town and head into the houses in town. It's pretty fun, it's good to have him back. We hit every house in town and head back to the cart to go home but a familiar face is sitting in the driver's seat. "What do you want?" He giggles. "Oh, look how cute y'all look! Especially you Mabes." I sigh. "Don't call me that gideon." He sits up a little. "Oh sorry. Didn't know you didn't like being called, Mabes." The word continued to stab me, even after he stopped saying that. That was what my best friend a long time ago used to call me... We were drawing on the driveway with chalk when hers rolled into the street and she got hit by a car. I'm pretty sure she was dead when it hit her but I didn't wanna see. I ran inside and told mom and see called the police. My mom used to call her the second daughter we were so close. I told everyone that if they called me that there would be trouble but I'll generally ignore it if a family member says it. Tears begin forming in my eyes making everything a little blurry. "So, how was trick-or-treating?" He laughs. "Gideon, leave us alone." Dipper steps up to the golf cart and asks again calmly. "Boy, what makes you think I'm going to move? I really like this golf cart, it's top of the line. So, Mabes wanna join my on a joy ride?" I'm getting really annoyed but knowing Gideon he has a trick up his sleeve. "I said don't call me that." I say sternly. "Alright, I'm sorry MABES. What are you gonna do anyway? Sparkle me to death?" He bursts out laughing and almost rolls of the golf cart. "She said don't don't call her that." Gideon continues laughing. I begin walking towards the cart. "Oh no! I'm so scared! Little Dipper and Mabes is threatening me!" I can't take it. I charge at him and he calmly pulls the bolotie from his pocket and hoists me into the air. "There we go. That's better." I hit the bubble with all the force I have and nothing happens. I continually put all my effort into hitting it. My hands hurt really badly but I continue. "It's not gonna help sunshine. I got you tight in my grip. Maybe I can trade the shack for you." I sit down in the bubble accepting defeat. I look down towards Dipper still standing next to the cart, he looks down towards the ground and then signals me to turn around. I insist not but he just straightens up and motions again. I reluctantly turn around and immediately I'm crashing to the ground. I land on my back and I'm in serious pain. I look up and I have no idea where I am.
