Mabel's Pov
The last night was crazy. I roll over in bed to greet my brother. "Hey? Dippe..." He's not there. His stuff is everywhere but his book and hat are gone, maybe he's downstairs. I do my morning routine and walk down the stairs and into the kitchen like always. It's just Stan. "Hey. Did you see Dipper this morning?" He looks up and sighs. "No, are we going to have to find the kid?" I nod and he puts his drink down. "How about you start looking and I'll stay here. if he comes back, I'll tell you. Just come back before dark." I March our the door and into the woods. I begin calling Dippers name but I don't get answers. It's about noon when I get hungry and head back to the shack. Wendy is there waiting. "Wendy. What are you doing here?" She seems startled by me. "I heard on the news Gideon escaped prison to I came to see you guys are alright." I frown. "Dipper is missing..." Her once happy mood becomes sour. "Oh. Maybe Gideon got him." I stare to the floor. "Gideon attacked Dipper last night." She's stands there completely shocked. "I... I need to sit down." She sits in the living room chair and puts her head in her hands. "You can help me search for him." I stumble as I pay her back gently. She looks up, tears in her eyes and agrees. I motion for her to follow me and we head back into the woods. Seeing Wendy so upset kind of made me lose my appetite. We walk along a path we found in the woods for awhile and follow it into the woods. It's awhile before we reach a small clearing in the woods with a single tree in the middle. We walk to them and sit under the tree. I'm so exhausted, I wanna go back home but we need to find Dipper. I really hope he's alright. "How you doing Mabel?" I look over and she sees just as tired of walking as I am. "I'm tired, but I really want to find him. I'm so worried. I know I'm not suppose to tell you but since we're in this together... Dipper found a magic rock that grants wishes." Her eyes widen. "Really?! That's awesome!" I stare back towards the woods. "Well he got one. I came outside after a huge flash I saw out my window and he was laying in the grass unconscious. He told me Gideon attacked him while he was wishing..." Her once happy face is yet again changed to a upset look. "Do you think he might of... Messed up...? And. You know..." I change my gaze down to the grass. "Yes. I have the feeling he did. In the moment, I think he made a mistake." We a sit there silently. What did he wish for...? What if we never find him... "Wendy..." She looks at me. "What do you think Dipper wished for?" She sits wondering to herself. "I don't know, but I'm really worried whatever it is." She stands and inspects the tree were sitting at. "I really don't see what she's looking at but she's very confused. "What are you looking at?" She turns to me, he eyes full of tears and her face shows sadness not confusion. She points at branch high in the tree. Dipper's hat is on a branch high on the tree...
