Chapter 11: Welcome Home

Perrie's P.O.V

"Welcome Home!" Everyone cheered as Zayn open the door in excitement. They giggled but stood their in amazement at our modern, expensive looking, yet perfectly cosy home.

Hatchi came running to the front door and immediately started to sniff the new members of the household. He circled Vexi's legs a few times before she crouched down and started scratching behind his ear and along his neck.

"Who's this little guy?" She asked, looking up at me from the floor.

"That's our dog Hatchi" I introduced.

"Unique name" she commented

"Same as yours" I laughed.

"We also have a cat named Prada and a lizard names Arnie" Zayn guided everyone into the house.

We gave them the tour of the down stairs, including kitchen, dinning room, lounge room, theatre/ game room, laundry, down stairs bathroom and outside. Next was up stairs. Zayn was shaking excited and Louis had to put his hands on his shoulders to calm him down slightly. Everyone shared excited glances as we approached the first room, Letty's room.

The girls saw her name written on the door in the different colours, and exchanged confused looks.

"They decided they were gonna adopt you the day they first met you" Danielle read their confusion.

They turned to Zayn and I. We just nodded. Harry once again had his phone out recording them seeing their rooms for the first time. Letty leaned forward and twisted the nob of the door. She opened it all the way and entered her room, only to stop a metre into the room. She gasped at her artwork on the wall.

"How...how did you...?" She couldn't form a question.

Zayn handed her the picture of her original artwork to answer the question she was trying to ask. Vex and Ky were at her side admiring the artworks.

"It's like exactly the same" Letty walked up to the wall and ran her hands along it. "Who did it?" She asked, not facing us.

Everyone turned Zayn.

"I did" he said proudly.

Letty turned towards him and said "It's amazing. Thank you so much".

"You have a real talent, you know?" he said proudly of our new eldest daughter.

"Thanks" she whispered loud enough for everyone to just make out.

"So you like it?" I asked hopefully.

"Like?" She raised her eyebrows, "I love it!" She beamed.

"We're glade you love it" Zayn was absolutely thrilled with himself. One down, two to go. "Now Vexi's room" Zayn place his hands on Vexi's shoulders and guided her out of the room, as everyone followed.

This time, Vexi opened the door and did the same thing as Letty and stopped right at the door. Her sisters lightly pushed her in, so they could see it too. Vex ran her hand over the quotes on the wall, admiring the work.

After a few seconds she finally spoke "How did you do all this?"..

"Well we have special powers like wizards..." Louis started. The girls looked at him blankly and he continued, "ok fine but it's a secret for the moment".

The girls just nodded slightly, too amazed to fully comprehend.

Harry slung his arm over Kyra's shoulder and said "Last but not least" he nudged her playfully.

I took Ky's hand and walked her across the hall. "This is your room".

I opened the door for her and pulled her by her hand into the room. They all frozen at the sight of the feature wall. The sheet music looked really good and Zayn did a magnificent job coming up with the ideas and designing the rooms. I'm really proud of him.

Kyra's eyes widened at the sight of her room. She looked at me and I pushed her closer to the wall so she could she her lyrics. I stood back a bit and let Ky get a closer look. I looked back at Zayn and he was smiling and bit his lip waiting with anticipation for Kyra's response. I turned back to Ky and saw her run her hands along the lines of the her sheet.

All of a sudden she stopped. The room was dead silent. She began looking at all the different songs as the realisation hit her. She turned her head towards her sisters and I saw her eyes brim with tears.

"What wrong?" Letty asked quickly, in a big sister over-protective way.

Kyra smiled slightly and motioned them forwards. I walked over to Zayn and his waiting arms, and waited for what will come next.

"Oh My God" Vexi and Letty exclaimed together.

I noticed Harry still filming as he smiled at his screen, videoing the girls. I whispered to him to send them to me and he nodded.

"I thought you lost these like a months ago" Vexi asked moving along the wall, looking at the different songs.

"She did. She was so upset for weeks when she couldn't find them. All her hard work gone, only to be made into wall paper?" Letty turned to us. "How did you know about all this? Or better yet, how have you done it?" She asked.

The girls waited for our response. Liam held out the folder for the orphanage we received on the first day. Kyra hesitantly took it from his hands. She looked at him questionably and opened the folder carefully. She flicked through a few sleeves as her sisters neared her. Once she flipped to Letty's pages, Letty took the folder out of her hands.

"Miranda must have made this" Vexi retorted.

"She did. She's very proud of your girls and we can see why. You have so much talent" Leigh-Anne commented.

"Thanks" they responded.

Vexi flipped over to her page and looked over all her work. "Oh my god! This was like a year ago...and look at the mask. That's where you got the idea from" She smiled at the mask.

"Yep" Zayn hummed.

Vex flipped the sleeve over to Kyra's work and there they were, her 'lost' sheet music. Kyra pulled them out of the sleeve and flicked through it, stopping at one in particular. Letty looked over and stole the song from her with Kyra whining seconds after.

"This ones my favourite" she smiled reading it.

Immediately Ky stopped protesting to get the sheet back, and watched her sisters reactions.

"Oh gosh, mine too. You made me cry when I first heard it. It's beautiful" Vex said quietly and pulled Kyra into a side hug, clearly proud of her little sister.

"Which one?" I asked.

"'Almost Is Never Enough'" Vexi answered my question.

"I got chocked up reading it too" Jade recounted.

Kyra's head popped up at this and narrowed her eyes, not believing.

"She did" Harry reassured her. "You're gonna have to sing it for us one time. You know when you get your voice back" he said the last sentence quietly.

The girls giggled at this.

"So you all like it?" I asked hopefully.

"Yes" the girls shrieked and Kyra nodded.

"Good. Zayn came up with the idea's for the feature walls and made them all, with some help from the boys. The rest of us did the other decorating" I continued.

In response the girls quickly wrapped Zayn and I in a group hug. Within seconds, the rest of them quickly piled on. The girls just laughed at how childish the boys were acting in the hug.

Once all untangled and composed, Niall suggested the girls unpack then come down stairs to join us. We decided on ordering pizza for dinner and watching a movie as a FAMILY.
