Chapter 16: Kyra's Maturity

Vexi's P.O.V

Even though the last few days have been about learning to get to know each other. Zayn and Perrie thought that we needed to get to know Little Mix and One Direction better. So, they have sat us down in front of the TV with Zayn's laptop hooked up so we can watch interviews and funny clips to get to know them better.

We watched the One Direction: This Is Us film and also the X Factor Winners Story 2011: Little Mix clip. That really helped us understand how they've come so far. Then we decided to watch the performances from both of their time on X Factor.

They were really good and still are. Zayn and Perrie sat on the couch behind us, as us girls cuddled up on the floor with a mountain of pillows and blankets. They would talk half way through, remembering funny memories about what happened on X Factor and we would all laugh. We watched the video diaries and I was surprised to see how funny Louis was during his video diaries.

Hatchi sat next to Perrie, fast asleep in a little ball. I played with Prada who was scratching at the bottom of my shoes, finding the indents of the sole a fun way to keep herself entertained.

Watching the videos help us understand a lot of the inside jokes that Directioners and Mixers seemed to say a lot. It's funny to see just how far they've come in the past few years. At the end of the clip where Little Mix won X Factor, the doorbell rang. Since Kyra was the closest, she got up to answer the door. Hatchi had already beaten her to the door before she could get up. Despite being asleep only seconds ago, that dog was surely energetic now.

"Be careful Ky" I teased.

"Yeah. Remember don't talk to strangers" Letty joined in.

"And remember if they say they have lollies and want you to come to their car, don't, ok?" I continued.

Letty and I bursted into a fit of giggles as both Perrie and Zayn nudged us to tell us to quit it. Before Kyra left the room completely, she turned around a gave both Letty and I a really mean death glare, then rolled her eyes as she continued to the door. That was enough to make Letty and I turn our giggles into full on laughter.

"I would be scare if I was you" Perrie said from behind.

"Why's that?" Letty turned to face her, letting her hands rest on the couch and her head popped up by her hands, smirking.

"One day she's gonna get you back for all the times you've teased her and if looks could kill, I swear you'd be long dead by now" she explained.

I smiled at the thought and Zayn seemed really amused by the situation. His arm was flung over the back of the couch behind Perrie. Perrie leaned into him and snuggled up. Letty and I proceeded to make disgusted faces and sounds. This only caused Zayn to attack Perrie's lips playfully as she giggled, resulting in louder noises from Letty and I.

"Ok, you two. Cut it out, there are kids in the room" another voice sounded from the entrance of the lounge room.

Perrie and Zayn part and we all looked to find the source of the deep voice.

"You should be more responsible, especially in front of innocent eyes" said another voice coming into view, with his hands over Kyra's eyes playfully as she giggled.

Niall's P.O.V

The boys and I had decided to check on the 'New Family' and we meet up outside their front door. Just us boys were waiting on the front steps for someone to open the door not long after pressing the doorbell, the door creaked open a little then more. One of the triplets stood at the door with a bright vibrant smile, greeting us with Hatchi in her arms.
