the two loaded in jonah's car, jonah in the driver's seat and daniel in the passenger's, jonah taking them to where ever he planned for them to eat.

jonah ended up taking them to small fast food restuarant known as chick-fil-a. jonah parked his car in an open spot near the entrance, him and daniel unbuckling their seatbelts.

"is this fine with you?" jonah said to daniel refering to the restuarant. daniel nodded his head with a soft smile. he loved chick-fil-a, he could eat their all day, everyday.

the two walked into the restaurant, the workers smiling at the pair. "if you find a table, i'll order." jonah suggested, pulling out his wallet.

daniel noticed, immediately taking his word for it. "you don't have to pay for me." daniel interjected.

jonah placed a finger on the boys' lip, shushing him. "i'll pay for you. it's the least i can do after your probably worn out." jonah said.

daniel couldn't help but smile the softest bit. jonah kind of cared. and he was still worn out, though his small shower helped.

"okay. i'll find us a place to sit." daniel stated shyly.

"what would you like?" jonah said before daniel left. "whatever you get is fine." daniel said smally.

jonah nodded walking off to order something for the two. and just like that, once again, daniel forgot about everything else, and focused on the present and the jonah he was with at the moment.

they ate their food, soon finishing and ending the evening.

jonah took daniel back to his house, walking him to his front door. to daniel, it felt as if it was an awkward end to a date night.

the two made it to the front door of daniel's house. as they made their way to a stop at his front door.

"well, be prepared to feel that a lot tomorrow." jonah spoke with a chuckle; daniel shifting uncomfortably.

"um yeah. thanks for driving me home." daniel said shyly, playing with his fingers.

"yeah." jonah stated trying to avoid any awkwardness.

"i'll see you whenever." jonah winked backing away from the porch.

"yeah. whenever." daniel smiled with a blush. jonah entered his car, starting it, and driving off.

daniel watched as he did so, walking into his house once his car was unoticeable.

he walked to his room, throwing himself on the bed.

daniel sat alone in his house with his thoughts. that was all he had. him and his thoughts.
