And that's how they found themselves sitting in front of the fire, playing an intense round of Uno.
A smirk played on Taehyung's face as he watched Jeongguk put down a red two. He'd fallen straight into his trap. "Plus two!" He shouted gleefully, slapping down a red card.
Jeongguk just smirked right back. "Plus two right back."
"Oh yeah? Plus four."
"Plus four more, loser. Try me."
Taehyung gaped. "What the fvck? Are you cheating, Jeon?"
"How do you even cheat in Uno?"
A shrug. "That sounds awfully like something a cheater would say."
Jeongguk made a face and pointed to the deck. "Go ahead and draw the cards, you sore loser."
Sighing, Taehyung drew all ten cards while mumbling profanities. A smug smile had made its way onto Jeongguk's face by now, and Taehyung wanted nothing more than to win and wipe that smile off of his face.
But Uno wasn't going in his favor. "I win!" Jeongguk shouted a while later, happily placing his last card on the stack. Taehyung peeked at it.
It was a plus four.
Of course.
"I call cheating! You can't possibly have so many plus four cards!"
Jeongguk just grinned and held up his winning card. "And I call sore loser," he said, "it's not possible to cheat in Uno!"
"Okay, whatever, you won. I'm going to take a shower." Taehyung muttered.
Jeongguk just sat back, content with his victory.

"Hey, Taehyung, uh. . . ," Jeongguk called from the shower, "this might be awkward, but. . . do you have a spare set of clothing? I don't have any-"
"What?" Came the reply.
"I said, do you have a spare set of clothing-"
"I can't hear you! The air conditioning is really loud." Taehyung called.
"Why can't you just come closer to the bathroom door?"
"What was that?"
Jeongguk groaned as he wrapped a towel around his waist and stumbled out of the bathroom. "Taehyung," he called, as he stepped into the living room.
"Yeah?" Taehyung kept his eyes on his phone, not sparing a glance up.
"Why couldn't you just walk three feet to hear me better?"
"Oh." His voice was bored; uninterested. "Because I'm lazy."
Jeongguk's hand rose to his temple, and he continued, exasperated. "I was asking you if-"
He was cut off by Taehyung, who'd finally managed to look up from his phone. "Holy mother of penguins, put some clothes on! What are you doing, walking around the house naked? You're getting water all over the floor, you swine!"
Jeongguk sighed. So now he listens. He cleared his throat, and Taehyung finally shut up. "If you'd just listened earlier, you would know why I'm walking around naked. I don't have a change of clothes. Do you have some spares that I can borrow?"
"Nope," Taehyung shrugged. "I forgot. But Joonie always brings, like, three sets of extra clothes because he's clumsy and needs them. Borrow his."
"Are you sure that's alright?"
"Nope," Taehyung shrugged again. "He hates other people borrowing his things. But I'm fine with it, and I'm the one who's here, so go nuts."
Jeongguk stared incredulously. "But-"
"No more butts, so please put some pants on to cover your butt."
"Taehyung, Namjoon might be your best friend, but I don't know him. He's going to get mad at me."
"I was kidding!" Taehyung's laugh was high-pitched and forced. "He loves other people borrowing his clothes! He's really weird like that. So please, put some clothes on."
"I don't believe you. If he gets mad, I'm going to blame it all on you."
"That's fine, just go. Please."
Jeongguk wasn't sure, but, regardless, he went.
