Jess and Ivy had walked out their final class of the day, which was together, and headed down the stairs carefully as the younger students pushed each other about as they all rushed to leave the school. It was a Friday after all. "This week has went by fast hasn't it." Jess sighed as she reached the bottom of the steps.

"I know." Ivy nodded as they continued down the corridor. "I mean it's probably due to the fact that the rumours about you still haven't stopped." She added on.

Jess shook her head as she remembered. "Told you he was fuelling the rumours." She told her quietly.

Ivy pulled Jess to the side of the hall, so they could talk without causing disruption from the sea of students. "Look Jess, I get your scared of him." Ivy started, Jess eyes widened. "Or maybe not, perhaps of him liking you?" Ivy suggested instead, Jess not reacting to it. "Well either or, as much as I don't like him, he doesn't seem like he would do that." She told him, pausing. "To you anyway."

"Maybe." Jess shrugged. "I just find it hard to trust him." She confessed. "Before hand he used to be horrible to me, and now he's being like this?"

"I think we're all wishing to get inside the head of Oliver Foster." Ivy let out a laugh. "No one understands what goes on up there." She pointed at her head. "Would you be his first proper girlfriend?" She asked Jess.

"He's not asked me out Ivy!" Jess exclaimed, her face turning red. "And probably not." She added.

Ivy raised a brow. "So all his girlfriend's before weren't just for him to gain popularity and have a good time?" She winked.

Jess thought for a moment. "Ok, they all were." She sighed, before her eyes widened. "What if he uses me Ivy?!"

"I doubt it." Ivy shook her head. "If so I think a lot of people would hurt him, because your..." She thought for a moment, trying to think of the words. "Jess." She eventually said.

Jess raised both brows. "Huh?"

"I mean your like an unpopular kid, people will feel bad if he did." Ivy explained to her. "Let's stop focusing on the negatives! And think about the positives!" She smiled.

"I don't think there is any." Jess shook her head.

Ivy rolled her eyes. "There must be something!"

"He gets discount at the newsagents!" Jess remembered, pausing. "Cause he threatens them, so if I went with him that would be morally wrong."

"And how do you know that?" Ivy asked her.

"I got forced to chum him down the street once and I cried." Jess told her, Ivy raising a brow at what she said. "Go with him."

"Is that the only positive?" Ivy asked.

"Yes." Jess nodded.

Ivy sighed. "Well, what about the negatives?"

"He smokes, he deals drugs, he frequently gets pished, he threatens people, he's violent, he bullies people, he is disrespectful, he doesn't care about school, he's cheated on previous girlfriends and to sum it up he's overall unreliable." Jess listed, thinking she was done when something came to mind. "Oh!" She exclaimed. "He also doesn't like shortbread." Jess recalled. "It breaks my heart."
