His vision was pitch black. He could hear a few muffled voices, but they soon got clearer. "We REALLY should be calling a hospital."
"Give em a few more minutes, i'm sure he'll get up soon...i mean-what would we be without our master, r-right?" the voice chuckled nervously. "You mean, what would we be if we actually killed our master?" Another asked in a cold monotonous tone. Silence. Tobe wanted to get up, but he was too tired. "Was this a good idea? Y'know, kidnapping our boss AND sooga villages most honored ninja, j-just to-"
"It's what he would have wanted, right?" the voices started fading out. Tobe strained to hear the rest of the conversation, but he instead faded out of consciousness again.

Garu was running away from pucca again. He ran for his life. His heart felt as if it would fall out of his chest. He Hid behind what seemed to be His sleeping feline, mio, except he was much larger than a regular house cat, maybe even the size of an actual house. Garu rested his body against the fluffy pet, taking in deep breaths. He found himself at peace again, taking in the warmth, until he had the feeling that the warmth was taking HIM in. His eyes popped open, to see the fur absorbing his own body. Garu yelped, trying to free himself from his own cat. All of a sudden, Mio started chuckling, then full on laughing, evily. He recognized that throaty laugh. Tobe? "Got you now garu! Mwahahaha ha!" Tobe-mio laughed harder causing him to choke, cough and clear his throat repeatedly. Garu gasped. Mio stopped laughing now that Garu was fully absorbed.

Garu was surprised when he got inside to find a spot of Tobe's place that he wasn't really familiar with. It looked to be Tobe's room, as the pictures of his own face reminded him of those in Pucca's room, even if they were crossed out menacingly. His heart stopped when he heard a loud gasp and saw as tobe stood up from his bed. "wha-what..." Tobe stammered. His hair is down was the first thing Garu thought of. For a moment he just stood there then rested his hand on his chest. Garu felt it too, the same feeling? He placed his hand on his chest just as Tobe did. Warm, fuzzy, at home? Tobe suddenly took notice of the others' presence. They made eye contact for a solid moment until Tobe broke in. "Garu?" Garu didn't know how to answer that. They continued looking into each-other until they both suddenly clashed into the other.

"GAH!" Garu groaned. He finally woke up from the crazy dream, only to see that he HAD actually collided with someone else. "Owww?" Tobe whined. He rubbed his head, then he stopped. "What was that?" Garu stood opposite of him with his eyes wide open. "Y-you...never mind. Wait a minute. GARU?" uh oh. "What is this?! Why am I stuck in a crate, with YOU?" Crate? He didn't even realize it. Where was he? a small wooden crate that gave him room to stand up, but not enough to have much personal space with another person, and a small box of fruit? he tried rummaging through his brain, trying to remember last night. He just had flashed of Pucca kissing him, then having that feeling. Wait. Before Garu could process any of this, a piece of fruit was thrown at his head. Tobe stared at him looking for answers. "Hey! talk now or i'll...continue!" Garu shook his head and groaned. He reached for his sword, only to find nothing there. huh. Another piece was thrown at him much more forcefully, making him go red and clench his teeth. "What's going on? what's happening?" Tobe frantically asked, then much more calmly asked, "Why are you here too?" Garu had no idea. "Oh." they sat in silence for a while. "Out of curiosity, I, were you hit in the back of the head then oh i dunno, weird dream-then here?" Although his mix up of words and stumbling, Garu was able to understand. He nodded slowly, wondering if the other experienced the same thing. "Ah, i see."

Tobe seemed to be rolling a mandarin in his hand before lifting off his mask and peeling the citrus. He ate the fruit almost sadly before offering the rest to the other. Garu was still lost in his thoughts, so tobe coughed, just a bit too loudly. Garu's pigtails shot up, and took a look at Tobe's offering then back at him. Tobe noticed and looked away. Giving him a confused look, Garu took the fruit and silently nodded as a thanks, but it came off more as a thanks? Garu pulled an individual piece off and slowly put it in his mouth, still thinking. did we really have the same dream? Why is he so...calm about this now? the situation was a weird mix of confusion and solemnes. "I'm going to have to bust outta here, my ninjas must be...well at least half worried." Garu nodded. "Do you have anything to return to? what about mio-I mean, your cat?" Garu thought, then looked at him, shrugging and half smiling. "Yeah, okay." what a weird situation. We've both just been abducted yet here we are at peace and not at all bothered? "I don't think it could be that bad, i mean, where do you think we're off to?" this isn't some sort of vacation. Garu looked at him with his eyebrows furrowed. "Don't look at me like that. Why would anyone just capture me and you on this stupid crate with nothing but fruit? i'm sure the intentions aren't bad, if i were to do this to you i wouldn't leave a thing for you to even look at." Tobe smirked. Garu gave him a questionable look. Well there isn't really anything to look at anyways he thought. Just a crate, one or two mandarins, are those apples? five of them, he didn't care for the rest, but then he looked at Tobe. What was there to look at? He instantly remembered seeing Tobe with his hair loose. jet black hair, it was reflected nicely by a lantern next to Tobe's bed. His slanted eyes. So sharp they could pierce deep within you, not even the sharpest of samurai swords could compare to them. "Y-you...! I didn't tell you to look at me! Put your eyes back into your sockets!" Garu laughed awkwardly and turned away. how long were they going to be in this stuffy crate?
