"I don't understand how you can think that water is wet. There has to be something wrong with you Jakon." I stated matter of factly. Water isn't wet. I know that water isn't wet. Jakon knows it too. He just keeps on trying to tick me off. I'm standing over the stove cooking grilled cheese for lunch.

"Baby I know that you think this and I also know that you are mental so you think that water isn't wet but darling it is." Jakon said this while trying not to laugh at my visible temper. I turned around to see him sitting across the counter from me smirking. I glared at him with the spatula in my hand.

"I hate you" I muttered this saltily. Oh how I wanted to hit the smirk off of his face. Unfortunately knowing his strength compared to mine he would be able to stop me from doing so. I would have to catch him off guard. I turned back around to keep an eye on the grilled cheese.

"Awww don't say that. You know you don't mean it." I heard the padding of his feet on the hardwood floor coming towards me. I felt a pair of lips press to my temple causing me to fight back a grin. Jakons hands grabbed my waist pulling me closer to him so my back was against his chest. His lips moved down to my neck leaving small pecks from behind my air down to my shoulder.

I continued my attempt at staying focused on the food on the stove so I wouldn't be distracted and burn down Jakons house. Suddenly I was turned around and my lips instantly were connected with Jakon's. I melted into the kiss. His lips moved against mine slowly as I placed my hands on his shoulders. I took a step forward backing Jakon up against the counter behind him.

He picked me up so me legs wrapped around his waist and he held my thighs to support me. Jakon turned around to set me on top of the counter and continued making out with me. I got lost in the feel of his lips on mine and his hands on my skin.

I smelled smoke wafting through my nose and grew concerned. Jakon pulled back too; he must've smelled the same smell that indicated something was burning. I stared at Jakon with confused eyes, crinkling my nose at the smell. Then I remembered. My eyes widened and quickly pushed Jakon back and scrambled to get the counter, which was very hard being that the counter is very far from the ground to me.

I quickly turned off the stove and grabbed the pan holding the black grilled cheese and placed it on a different burner. I sighed, dissapointed that I got distracted. Jakon came up behind me and rested his head on my shoulder having to lean down to get to my height. His hands rubbed up and down my arms. Jakon kissed my ear.

"It's okay honeybee we can just go out to eat at a diner or something" he whispered into my ear while still caressing my arms. I pouted my lips. To be completely honest, I was a bit bummed out that I couldn't cook for Jakon but at the same time I was starving for some nachos as to which his food supply lacked.

We decided on going to one of the small diners nearby so that it wouldn't be a long drive. We quickly got dressed, Jakon dressed in a t-shirt and jeans with his jacket and me styling a pair of shorts and a hoodie of Jakons. It was a short drive to the diner. We got out and walked inside quickly finding a booth for us to sit in. Jakon and I sat across from each other.

The waiter came by and asked us for our order to which we have to her, me ordering my nachos and Jakon ordering fries. I loved how he didn't even pay her any attention when she was obviously being very flirtatious. He gave all of his attention to me.

"So..." Jakon started making me look up.

"Yes?" I implied for him to continue.

"Best friend or lover?" He saw the confusion on my features and explained his question. "Who do you priortize more over the other?" The answer was quick to come.
