~ Areum's POV ~

The time had finally come for the third round to commence. We were supposed to meet in the front courtyard where they had fashioned a makeshift stage for all twenty contestants to sit on in front of a small crowd of reporters, journalists and of course Seokjin's band of cameras.

All contestants were supposed to be wearing their assigned colors, which was blue for me. Because the dress code was still formal instead of wearing an extravagant ball gown I decided to play it on the safe side with a pantsuit which was a nice shade of slate blue.

My stylist had straightened my hair and placed a pair of silver earrings in front of me which I immediately realized as the pair of earrings I had been eyeing at the mall that Jimin had taken me to.

There was a small note attached to the earrings which read:

I hope you like them
~ Arrogant ass

I chuckled at the nickname and immediately put the earrings on, I smiled in the mirror as I admired the earrings, they were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely be thanking him later. After I was done getting ready I along with the other contestants started filing onto the stage in the front courtyard. I turned to look at the crowd and gasped, there were so many people and so many cameras.

I was used to my every move being watched by cameras ever since I had entered the castle, but I still got nervous from time to time. I wish I could have been more confident like Hyuna was, I watched her as she confidently strutted onto the stage earning a few cheers from the crowd. When my number and name were called I took a deep breath and walked out onto the stage. I was surprised when I heard the crowd erupt into cheers, there were even people in the crowd that had signs with my name on it. Seokjin took my hand and guided me towards my seat while whispering how beautiful I looked.

Seokjin confidently walked towards the middle of the stage while blowing kisses to the audience, he took his mic and started talking

"Hello, citizens of BigHit kingdom and welcome to the third round of 'The Heir'. This round will be based on the contestant's knowledge of pressing concerns in our kingdom, by the end of this round six contestants will be eliminated. I will ask each contestant a series of questions and the answers they give will decide their fate in this competition. Without further ado let's start with contestant three: Park Hyo-Jin."
