ASTRA'S POV
''Hahaha...really? That would have been awesome.'' I heard Mirza laughing because of the funny story Eliana narrated while i was helping Myra to make lunch.
Eliana easily makes friends while I stay away from that. Mirza seems to be a gifted girl but it might take an eternal to be friends with her.
''Astra, can you pass that salt box?'' Myra asked as she was busy mixing up stuff.
I did as she said and then walked towards the stove to check if the rice is ready to serve.
''Alright girls! Lunch is ready!'' Myra shouted. They both giggled and walked into the dining room.
''I'll go and call dad.'' I murmered.
I went to the dad's office room and called him ''Dad! It's time for lunch! Open the door!'' I stated. Then I heard a click but the door did not open.
''Come in honey.'' I heard his voice say. I hoped into the room and saw my dad, sitting on his regular black chair catching few papers. While his office table was a mess. His laptop, pens, papers and files were scattered.
The thing that is bothering me is that his table is never a mess as far as i've seen.
''Why are you standing there? Come here.'' He responded and I walked towards him.
''Do you want to say something, dad?'' I questioned and he nodded. He got up from his chair and walked towards me.
He placed his hands on my both shoulders and started to push me towards his chair. I furrowed my eyebrows at first, but then I did as he wanted me to.
I soon placed myself onto his seat and waited for him to say something.
He removed his specs which obviously showed that he is about to talk regarding mom.
Tears filled my eyes. I did not have to wait for him to say anything. I know that he is going to say that he hided something from me about my mom. Or the reason of her death.
''I have to open up the truth that me and your mother have been hiding from you.''
I know.
He looked into my eyes and realized that I already knew that the topic would be that.
Not only him. My mom and Eliana knows that I can understand few things way too fast. Not only that, I know it when someone dies in our neighbourhood, and also hear unearthly voices whenever I don't purify my space AKA my home.
I nodded as tears started to fall from my eyes.
He sighed at first, but then he started ''I know it is going to difficult and confusing to take it but you have to. Okay?"
I can understand the 'diffcult' part but why would it be 'confusing' ?
I nodded again, waiting for him to clear it up.
''Will you believe me if I say that we are not your real parents?'' He asked.
''.....huh?''
NARRATOR'S POV
As the truth about Astra's real parents were unfolding in front of her, he was waiting for the time when she will call him, summon him from the other world. The world where darkness is strength, shadow is companion of every entities that lived there.
''Are you waiting for her to unfold the secret, Second Dark lord?'' His adviser, who had a long black hair with red highlights, asked him.
He smirked and then replied ''I'm listening to her. And I can't wait when she calls me into that human world.'' The mysterious man said to his red-eyed advisor.
''Are you going to make her your consort?'' He questioned him again.
''Consort? Even though she is a medium, I don't think she deserves such status. Especially as my consort. Now summon few more servants, I need to get ready to meet her.'' He ordered.
''Yes your highness.'' The servant then bowed and walked out the room.
He then searched for his seat with his hands. It didn't take even a second for him to find his seat even though he's blind.
After seating himself on the chair, the mysterious blind man continued to listen to her. He had to accept it that her voice is soothing which made him think "Maybe making her my consort isn't a bad idea." He then said her name out.
''Astra.....''
