She was falling into a deep pit with her fingers barely grasping the wall, crying and screaming like her life depended on it. Suddenly, with an intensive and persistent knock on her door, Marcie was thrown out of the nightmare that had her sweating and panicking like a lost soul yet to be found. She had a throbbing headache that was on its way to driving her insane. Partially flipping on her robe, she made her way for the door half grateful because, the knock had ended her unfortunate misery and half expectant that whoever was on the other side of the door wouldn't make her situation at the moment worse. She opened the door to a man who supposedly had a package to be delivered to her. She signed on a book he handed over to her, before retrieving the little white box from him. He looked up and gave a wide grin before turning around to leave. Locking the door, she moved over and bounced on her sofa trying to unveil the package sent to her anonymously. She untied the bow carefully and was beyond doubt surprised to find just a pair of lingerie in the little box with a card that said "I'm hard and waiting baby ha ha ha". She cursed under her teeth. This must be a fucking joke like what the hell! It definitely had to come from that bartender that evolved feelings for her out of the blues. Oh gosh he's a fucking pervert; she hissed. I'll deal with him he'd regret ever crossing paths with me. Now, she wasn't sorry for walking him out of her house. It was all sex they wanted from her sadly; well, fuck him! There and then it hit her that she had forgotten to take her favorite cereal. She walked over to the kitchen to have breakfast determined not to allow the contents of the package to spoil her day.
Brandon was busily humming and fixing up the bar when she stormed in. He was surprised because the club hadn't been opened yet but was glad to see her until she got closer and he caught on sight the angry look on her face. She walked over to him seething with anger, the nerve of you to send me that package; she shouted. Damn! She looked so hot in her roughly laid down hair, with her eyes popping out thereby exhibiting all her features; he thought. Although he was completely thrown out of balance, he remained calm. I don't know what you're talking about Marcie I didn't send any package to you. Just stop denying the obvious you pervert! She threw the letter to his face and to think I almost considered going out with you; she snorted. Let's talk about this calmly please; just have a seat and I'll pour you a drink. She sat down and he poured her a drink, scanning the letter carefully, he scoffed; this ain't even my handwriting. There's probably a psycho out there hitting on you but hell no this didn't come from me. She looked at him studying his face; but then if you didn't send this then who did? I don't know but trust me this is probably just a silly prank, don't let it get to you. Meanwhile, my proposal still stands; I'm just asking for one date Marcie... thereafter, you can decide if you wanna go on with this or not. She nodded; Just one date right? He smiled; how about Friday night, 7:00 pm? Sniper giggled softly watching from afar what had transpired between Marcie and Brandon. But then his happiness didn't last for long as suddenly they were both calm and in the next minute, they were laughing and talking to each other. "I'd have to get rid of him sooner or later if not he'll turn out to be a very big problem for me".
