A new beginning

If I thought Psychology was slow this class right here is two times as slow. 

Blake makes me so angry. How can one person be so rude? All I did was introduce myself. Maybe I got him completely wrong and he is actually a douche. 

I sigh as I look down at our chemistry packet. It is literally the first day and I could not tell you what half of these words on this paper means. I would ask Blake for help since he is the only person I know in this class but no he decided to totally cut me off. 

Asshole. 

The bell finally rings and Blake practically sprints out the door. He didn't look over at me one time during the whole class. 

I make my way to my locker to drop of the textbooks that I have collected from my teachers. It takes me a good two minutes to get my locker open. I didn't hit it as hard as Mason but I did give a helpful tap to open up. 

"Oh there you are." Brooke says jogging towards me. "I thought you got lost and no way in hell am I going to Creative Writing by myself anymore." She says out of breath from running down the hall. 

I laugh at that. "Nope just been trying to open my stupid locker." I say. 

"Yeah your locker really sucks." She says laughing and whipping a piece of hair out of her face. 

We walk to the classroom and the teacher tells me I can take an open seat and it is right behind Brookes desk thankfully. Like Brooke told me before Mason is in this class and he sits two people next to me and then back one. So thankfully far enough. 

Blake is also in this class as well. One of his friends is too and if I remember right his name is Hunter. They both sit next to each other and Blake sits diagonally behind me. 

"Okay class so today we will be analyzing the papers that your classmates wrote yesterday. And Lexi since you obviously didn't write one you can just pair up with Brooke." She says smiling to me and I nod. 

"Why can't she pair up with me?" Mason says and a few of his friends laugh around him. I roll my eyes at him. 

"Shut up Mason." Brooke snaps. 

"Who peed in your cheerios this morning." Mason snaps back at her. 

"Guys calm down. Lexi can partner up with who ever she wants." Mrs. Lilly says giving me an apologetic look. She probably thinks I haven't met Mason yet but boy is she wrong. 

After a few minutes everyone starts there analyzing and Brooke and I attempt to do it but get side tracked with talking. 

"So a bunch of us are going to beach after school do you want to join Carly and I?" I start to open my mouth to answer but she cuts me off. "And I am not letting you say no because Carly and Ashton will be together and I know for a fact Danny will be there and you know how I feel about her." She says and I laugh. 

"How could I say no to that." I say and her smile widens. 

"Perfect! Either Carly or I will pick you up probably 30 minutes after school so you have time to change. This is going to be so fun." Brooke says. 

"Whose all is going to be there?" I say curiously. I wonder if Blake will be there. 

"Um us. I think Ashton, Connor, and Flynn will all be there." She says counting off on her finger as she goes. "Danny." She says rolling her eyes. "And I'm not exactly sure who else will be there but usually we see a decent amount of people from school there." Brooke says and I nod my head.
