It was a dark and stormy night the wind was blowing through the trees so fast that the leaves almost fell off the branches.
Myra was in her childhood bedroom watching her Stevie's Glasses Cam on her hidden cameras in her vanity mirror.
Steve was getting ready to go out to dinner with Carl, Eddie and their police friends to celebrate his engagement.
He wore a white buttoned down shirt, khaki pants, brown dress shoes, navy blue blazer, navy blue necktie and his special gold watch that his dad made for him.
"Looking good Hot Stuff." said Steve as he checked himself in his bedroom mirror.
"You look hot baby." said Myra as she watched her hidden camera.
Steve walked downstairs into the living room and went outside to his Isetta.
"Time to put Operation Steal Steve into action." said Myra as turned off her camera.
Myra snuck into her grandmother's bedroom while she was sleeping and opened her trunk of old clothes.
She found a black dress with pearl buttons, low inch black heels, beige stockings, a pair of white gloves and a curly gray wig with a pair of cat eyed glasses.
Myra took the items and crept back into her bedroom to get changed and she went to her vanity table to do her old lady makeup.
Ten minutes later, Myra's disguise was complete. She grabbed her knockout spray cleverly disguised as a bottle of perfume and put it in her purse.
"There. Now I have to be very careful not to make a noise." whispered Myra as she got her raincoat from the front hall closet.
Myra took her car keys out of her coat pocket, opened the front door as carefully as she could, tiptoed down the front steps and got into her car.
"According to my Stevie's Glasses Cam, Steve is having dinner at The Golden Lion restaurant with the Winslow men and their cop buddies." said Myra as she looked on her tracking device on her compact mirror.
Myra drove there as quickly as she could without getting a ticket and before Steve got there.
She decided to be a little old lady that needed help crossing the street to get to her son's birthday party at the very same restaurant where Steve was dining.
Forty minutes later, Myra had arrived and parked her car a block away from the restaurant so Steve wouldn't recognized it.
"Here comes my future husband right on schedule." said Myra as she looked at her watch.
Steve parked his car and got out to go inside the restaurant.
"Excuse me young man." said Myra in a elderly lady voice.
Steve didn't know that the little old lady was his ex-girlfriend Myra in disguise.
"Yes may I help you ma'am?" asked Steve.
"I was wondering if a handsome young man like you could help a little old lady cross the street to get to The Golden Lion on time." said "the little old lady".
"It'll be my pleasure." said Steve as he offered his arm to the older woman.
The unlikely pair crossed the street safely to the restaurant property.
"Thank you young man. It's just so hard to walk across the street in the dark nowadays." said Myra.
"It's no trouble at all." assured Steve.
"What's a nice lady like you doing at a place like this?" asked Steve.
"I'm here for my son's birthday party." said the woman.
"That's nice." said Steve as he straightened out his blazer.
"Why are you here?" asked the lady.
"Well you see I'm engaged to the most beautiful woman in the world and my future father-in-law and brother-in-law are treating me and their cop buddies to a nice dinner." said Steve.
The old woman put on a fake smile as she listened to Steve's story.
"That's nice what's the name of your future fiancé?" asked the woman pretending not to know.
"Her name is Laura Winslow." said Steve.
"She sounds like a real catch." said the woman.
"Before we go in sonny I have to freshen myself up." said the woman as she reached into her purse.
"Take your time." said Steve.
The woman took out a tube of red lipstick and applied it to her lips.
"There now I have to do is put on my special perfume and then we can go in without delay." said "the little old lady"
Myra sprayed the "perfume" on her wrist and smiled as she did it.
"Sweetie, what do you think of my perfume? Do you think it's nice?" asked the lady.
Steve smelled the woman's wrist and he started to feel very sleepy.
"It smells purdy." said Steve with a yawn.
Seconds later, Steve was knocked out.
Myra picked up Steve and put him in the trunk of her car and started to drive away.
