The feeling of the new-leaf breeze gently rippled through my fur as i stepped out of the Thunderclan camp. Soon it would be green-leaf and the prey, as well as herbs, would be in full stock.

Blackhearts training was going along well and for the past five days she had been trying her best, soon she would be able to speak in complete detail, just as she had with her voice.

Tonight was full moon and, I had begun to wonder of what Amberstar would say to the other clans of the attack, after all Windclan had done wrong in what the did to Blackheart, and the warrior who had done this would pay dearly for it.

"Riversong." said a voice behind me

"Yes, Amberstar?" I asked as I turned around dipping my head in reply

"Has Blackheart learned to speak fully yet?"

"Not just yet but she should be able to by tomorrow."

"Good." then she turned and began to head for the bramble tunnel but before she could call to those who were coming to the gathering I said

"Amberstar! Just one more thing, what are we to say of the Windclan attack and Blackheart?"

"Nothing other then that one of our warriors is wounded but is healing quickly and that we are just as strong as ever." after saying this she turned again and called the others.

But she was right if the other clans new of our weakness we could be attacked.

Amberstar's fur glistened silver in the moonlight as we sprinted through the forest, Tigerfang loyally keeping step at her side, it was just like any other gathering so far.

I lifted my head to feel the cool green-leaf breeze, had Blackheart been here this would be a usual gathering for me, but now with out her comforting presents I felt alone in my clan, for I had no other family with me- our mother had died in a battle with rouges when they attacked our camp many moons ago, and our father had left our clan to become a Windclan cat to be with his new mate and his other son and daughter.

I had never been angry with him for his choice, but what troubled me what how he now never would even glance at either of us at a gathering, as if to ensure his loyalty to them.

Before I knew it we were at the edge of four-trees, Riverclan and Shadowclan were already there but Windclan was yet to come.

As my clan mingled with the other clans i wandered to where the other medicine cats were sitting. They all dipped their heads in greeting.

"So..." I said " where do you think Windclan could be?"

Fear shot through Darkwiskers gaze but she quickly hid it "I don't know," she said with a shrug " maybe they aren't coming

"Maybe" I muttered, after all it seamed obvious that they had stopped believing Starclan.

just then I herd a Riverclan warrior growl "Finally, here comes Snailclan" I lifted my head and breathed in their scent; it was true they were finally coming. But it seamed their scent was subtle as though they were trying to hide it.

Then it hit me, if they didn't believe Starclan, then they didn't follow the truce.

Windclan was about to attack!

"ITS A RAID!" I called loudly.

No cat moved except for Shadowclans new leader. He leaped from sky-rock and slipped through the crowd of clan cats and stopped right in front of me.

He snarled in a low voice "Yes, it is, and you will be the first to die!"

"Feintstar! How could you? It is full-moon, the truce, Starclan will not allow this!"

"Oh.. But they cannot stop us, they are nothing but DEAD cats! They cant do anything about it!"

All I could do was stare in shock, the fear that I had seen in Darkwisker's eyes! He had know of this!

When I come to my senses I glared defiantly at him and snarled loudly so that all could hear,

"I'll kill you nine times before you can kill a single warrior of any clan!"

He then lifted his head to the sky and before I knew what he was doing, he let out a battle cry. Causing a chorus of battle ready cats to fill the clearing.
