Dipper's POV:
My life wasn't great before Gravity Falls, but it's better to know whether your in hell or heaven instead of not knowing for sure. My life was hell in those years, but now....... now I'm not sure about anything anymore.
Does my family actually care? I mean, it has been years of being with him.
What does he think of me? He does seem to be bipolar a lot of the time.
What are we? He has never officially called me anything, not slave or captive or..... boyfriend or lover or partner. The only thing he continuously calls me is special. Sometimes it sounds great, others...... well, other times I feel it necessary to try and hide myself from him.
What am I doing? You don't even know how I got here! I shouldn't have said all this to you without explaining first! Well, let me tell you the tale of a living dorito triangle and the stupid boy who was as dumb as the tree he is named after.
(((((((((((((((((((((<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<*****************>>>>>>>>>>>>>>)))))))))))))))))))))))))
I was in the fist of Bill Cipher, the triangle dream demon, along with my sister Mabel. He was now deciding which of us to kill first. We were struggling in his grip, trying desperately to get out. I don't know how to get out of this, Stan and Ford are trapped in a cage, we're stuck in Bill's iron grip, and I don't have my spells because Bill burned the journals. I was officially stumped, I had no idea what to do. Bill's eye was flashing from a Pinetree to a Shooting Star over and over again. It was starting to slow down and it looked like it was going to land on me.....
Only to land on Mabel at the VERY last second. I could handle Bill targeting or killing me, but no one messes with my family. Just as Bill was about to kill her I shouted "WAIT!!!" I had no clue what I was going to do, but I knew I was stalling for time and if I didn't think of something Mabel was going to die. Bill calmed down slightly from his rage and looked at me in curiosity, "Well, looks like little Pinetree has something to say. What is it kid, I would like to rule the world you know?" Oh, I knew, and that's why I need to save my family even if the world goes down first. I was rapidly thinking of a solution while my internal clock told me to answer soon, otherwise I would be sorry. I could only think of one thing that could possibly work....
"I-I want to make a deal Bill." I stuttered at first, but finished strong. This peaked his interest, "Pinetree wants to make a deal? Well what is it, let's hear what you got kid." he prompted me. "You allow my family and friends to live and the shack to not be affected by Weirdmageddon. None of your demons or other creatures are allowed to hurt or kill them, they stay out of any danger you might have put on this Earth." I demanded him. "Oh, your not asking me to stop Weirdmageddon?" he said, interested. I shook my head, "There was no way anything could stop you from continuing this, I took a more likely approach." I told him.
He seemed to be... impressed? No, I read that wrong for sure. Whatever he was, it was not impressed with 'meatsack'. "Okay, I'll bite kid. What's in it for me?" he asked. This was where things get difficult. I had a stupid offer, one that had little to no chance at working, but I was desperate and desperate men do desperate things. I really thought about if this had any chance at working and the odds were better than none, so I took it. "You can have me and my allegiance to you." I finally said. Things went silent in the room, my family said nothing while Bill looked annoyed yet curious. "And why would I take that offer Pinetree?" Bill asked. "I will do anything you want me to, no protest. I will never try to escape. I could be your servant, your slave, the thing you torture for fun. I will never try to escape you." I said, pausing for a second. "And most importantly, you will have a piece from your wheel. You don't have to worry about them trying your wheel, because without one piece it won't work. I don't care if you eventually kill me, I just want my friends and family safe from harm." I finished.
Now this was the hard part for me, seeing if he would take it. I knew that he has had an interest in me, so this has a slightly better chance at working, but why would he take it? I didn't have much time to ponder more on this before Bill started talking again. "Oh boy, I'll have my puppet back! Man kid, I'll give you one thing and that is how much fun I had damaging your meatsack! Haha, I can still feel the glorious pain from those forks and the soda burning your eyes! You know what, this could be fun, iTs A dEaL!" he said. He let go of me and my sister so I could properly shake his hand. My whole family was screaming at me to stop and not to take the deal, but I only wanted one thing in life and that was their safety.
I turned to look at them and smiled, "Don't worry about me, be happy guys. You'll be safe, I'll make sure of it. If you really want to help me, promise me that you try to be happy for me. Especially you Mabel, my whole life mission was to make sure your happy and I don't want to fail that mission." I said to them. I gave a genuine smile to them, but all I got was teary eyes and frowns. My smile was fueled by the thought of them being safe. "I'm taking the deal either way, you might as well make me happy by promising to be happy." I deadpanned. I looked at Mabel who was extremely close to tears, she gave me the worst smile I've ever seen on her but I'll take what I can get. "O-Okay Bro Bro, I-I'll be h-happy for y-you." she said, her voice cracking and her weak smile wavering. I beamed at her, "Thank you Mabes. I'll see you again, I'm not sure when that will be but I know I will see you again."
I turned back to Bill, a smile still on my face though it took effort when I looked at him. I happily shook his hand to seal the deal, and my family's safety. I may get tortured or killed, but I will always internally smile because my family is safe and sound. Bill snapped his fingers immediately after we finished shaking hands, and teleported my family and friends back to the shack in their human forms. (Everyone aside from Stan, Ford, Mabel, and me were turned into flags) My smile still held on after they left, thought it weakened, because they were finally safe. "Well Pinetree, I'm surprised you can still smile after you basically sold yourself to me." Bill commented. "I will smile forever because my family is safe. You can torture or kill me and I'll still have a grin on inside my head knowing I did everything I could to keep them alive." I told him what's been going on in my head.
"Alrighty then Pinetree, let's get this show on the road! Do you happen to know how to let me out of the town? I'll make your stay more comfortable if you do." he persuaded me. I kinda had to tell him because it was in the deal, but I have a feeling his interest in me made him throw that in for me. I nodded at his question, which made him cheery. "Alright, write it down." he demanded, making a chalkboard and chalk appear for me to write on. The way to get out was a complicated formula, something I had memorized, so it took a bit to finish. As soon as I put the chalk down Bill snatched it up greedily and instantly went to work. I saw a flash of blue and the next thing I know I had a magical blue collar around my neck. It disappeared a little bit after, but I knew it was still there.
I decided to test the limits of my confines and found that I could go anywhere I wanted except specific rooms and exits. I actually found a door with the Big Dipper on it, so I assumed that I could go in it. I was right and found a gigantic bedroom with the main theme being blue. There was big shelves full of book of all genres and books all about math and science. There was a few note books as well as pencils and pens and things to color with. The ceiling was the night sky, I think Bill literally enchanted the ceiling to look real and 3-D. I explored the room and found a closet filled with dress clothes, fancy causal clothes (don't ask how), regular casual clothes, and some sweatpants, sweatshirts, and tee-shirts. I found a huge bathroom with a big bathtub and a good sized shower. It was as big, if not bigger, than my old room at the shack.
I flopped on the bed to test it out. It was heavenly, even if the being who made it was from hell. I sighed in comfort, but got bored and figured Bill would be awhile. I don't know how long it takes a demon to terrorize and take over the world. I went to the many shelves of books and picked up a book with a Latin name. The main characters were all girls, and they lived in a world where powers were expected of everyone. One of them doesn't have powers and doubts she will ever get any, thought I have a feeling that will not be true. It was quiet interesting, even if there was no male main character. I continued to read the book and I noticed it got dimmer in the room. I think the enchantment also made the lights in the room correspond to the day time and night time. I turned on the lamp and continued to read on again. Eventually I got tired and found a book marker to save my page. I changed into some sweatpants and a tee shirt and turned off the lamp before hopping under the covers of my new bed. I drifted to sleep despite being in a pyramid of horrors.
