You are 40% more likely to do tasks when you write it down. Create a journal and make it yours, fill it with goals and hopes of achievements you'd like to reach. It does not have to be super fancy, but it is a little bit more fun when you get creative it with it. If you're struggling with binge eating, I highly recommend doing this because it's a way of distracting yourself from binging on munchies. And if you do crave, you can eat healthy snacks like apples or tangerine while journaling. You want what you eat most, and you will crave healthy food if you eat it more often. Also, to extremely set the mood, put on music that brings you in a happy place. It doesn't have to be in a notebook; you can create this online on your laptop or your phone, whatever domain you use. This is your journal, write down how you feel as well besides habit tracking. It will help you find yourself furthermore.
Note:
Always be positive, I know especially at your situation where you are NOT happy at all with your body but learn to treat it right because your body deserves better. You can dedicate your first journal page to your body. "Dear diary..." and if you're doing it on Wattpad, make sure to put in #dearbody so we can support each other's journeys! If you would like some examples of journaling, I'll be posting it on my Instagram: dearbodys
