Recipes

Breakfast: Avocado toast + eggs or nuts.
Overnight oatmeal: any type of milk + oats + apple + honey
any type of milk + oats + peanut butter + chia seeds
Lunch: Caesar salad, any type of sandwich
Dinner: baked sweet potatoes + baked salmon, you can season it however and use oil spray + avocado
or baked chicken + rice + veggies, honestly if you're gonna use white rice, use in moderation. You can choose if you want ur veggies baked or raw.
Snack: any fruits, rice cake + almond butter or any healthy topping of ur choice.
