Humans hate boredom, we despise it so much that we'd rather do anything, I mean anything than nothing. we put our health at risk and eat when we're not suppose to. We even turn to things such as alcohol or drugs, when we feel as though life isn't worth anything. It isn't worth it because you don't have a goal, and when you don't have a goal, you can't be productive. We are built to be productive, when we're not meant to be lazy. It's unnatural, we get depressed and feel no motivation in life. When you're doing something, eating healthy and working out, cleaning up. You are more at ease, do you ever notice? If not then you truly haven't fully converted into such lifestyle. This gave me a realization as to why I should continue to be doing something. At the end of it, you get things done. For example, you can get that homework that you've been stalling or clean up your room, or self-study for your passion. My passion is fashion, so I will be keeping myself busy by working towards becoming a fashion designer and self-studying this major, I also am passionate about human psychology and how it relates to our health. I hope this little paragraph interested you and made you question or have you noticed something.
