"Merry Christmas!" Yana gave me a box wrapped in bright yellow paper and I swear it is so bright to the point that it hurts my eyes.

In return, I gave her a paper bag with a small ribbon attached to it. I bought her a cute dress. Yoongi agreed to have a date with her next week, and I'm hoping she will wear the dress I bought to make Yoongi rethink about what he is going to miss.

"What is it?" I asked her, gently shaking the box that she gave to me.

After shrugging her shoulders as an answer to my question, she took another scoop of ice cream from her tub. We're currently at the mall right now and a lot of people are loitering around. Some are still having their last-minute shopping for gifts.

"So about the other night? Who do you think was following you?" She asks before filling her mouth with another spoonful of ice cream.

I gave her some tissues, "I still don't know, but I have a feeling that it's not Jungkook." If it was him, he would've asked me about it every time we meet outside and at the pub for the past few days. Besides, I don't see any changes in his treatments towards me. The way we hang out is still the same, he is not cold or anything. He still has no clue about who I really am.

"How about his aunt? Any gut feelings with her?" She questioned.

"A little. But I'm starting to doubt that my thought because whenever I come over to them, she really is doing her best to be... a good person." I sighed.

I'm actually regretting my past actions to her. It seems that her intentions to Jungkook are very clear and that she really meant no harm. I should just say sorry to her, for being rude and all.

Doesn't mean that someone is a bad person, you need to be bad to them as well.

Besides, today is Christmas the season of giving and forgiveness.

I grabbed the other paper bags under my chair and brought them all up on the table and showed Yana the gifts I bought for the Jeons and of course, for my parents. "Ooh, this looks nice." Yana grabs the wristwatch that I bought Jungkook.

Then she suddenly gasps. "Is this the reason why you asked for an early paycheck?" She looks at me with a bewildered face.

I bopped my head once, "Do you think he'll like it?"

"I like it." She compliments, completely adoring the watch. I frowned when I heard how irrelevant her answer was to my question.

I rode a cab on my way back to the Jeon's house after spending half of my Christmas in the mall. I made the Jeons believe that I'm having family lunch today so they invited me over for dinner instead.

Their house seems more livelier now than before. Decorations are all placed beautifully outside their house. Jungkook must've helped now that he can go out. Also, they have another visitor so it might not be hard to display too many ornaments on your house if you have a lot of hands to help.

I remember when I was a kid, I used to ask my mom and dad to give me Jungkook as my Christmas party.

Of course, they never did.

I had to ring the doorbell twice before I heard the doorknob clicked open. A very familiar face unexpectedly welcomed me when the door swung open.

"Oh, hi... Deonne right?" She asked.

"Yeah, can I come in Mrs. Jeon?" I gave her an inelegant beam.

"Sure, if you'll just call me Hanah." She smiles back and I enter with a nod while I'm still wondering why she is here.
