Chapter 5 ~ The breakup

I look shocked I didn't know Ricky has a sister

"And you are some bitch ass that hooked up with my brother. Your ass got him grounded now he can't leave the house because you had to go home"

"That sounds like a him problem not a you problem" I said walking past her out of the bathroom

Right when I walk out I crash into a chest.

"Hey uh we need to talk" he said grabbing my hand pulling me into the empty counselor office.

*Bell Ring*

Great I'm going to miss another class
"E.J we can't be in here we're going to g-"

"I slept with someone" E.J said quickly

"Wait what?!"

"I slept with someone last night" he said guilty
Oh my goshhh. I cheated on him and he cheated on me to. We are even.

"I'm so sorry but I have to tell you. I don't like you any more Nina and I know you don't like me either. Are hearts aren't in it. And I know that doesn't make it right but I accept that you hate me and want to slap me or punch me. I deserve that. But I want you to know that who ever gets to call you there girlfriend will be the luckiest guy ever"

"You don't have to be nice to me if your upset let it out"

"I slept with someone too" I said
His eyes widened Omg oh okay I wasn't expecting that"

"Yeah me either it just sorta happened and ummm I don't know what to say"

"You don't have to explain yourself we both cheated on each other"

"I like how we went for the most popular people in school" he said laughing

"Wait one sec are we not considered popular" I asked

"No we are but for different reasons"

"Best powers couple" he said awkwardly
"Ah I see" I said taking off the letterman's jacket but he stopped me "No keep it on we have to pretend date this whole date and then like I will post some insta sad boy hours post. And then you post on Snapchat a broken heart."

"Good plan but what about at after school were auditions are today"

"I don't think you wanna go"
"Why?"
"There performing Sweeney Todd"
"I thought they were performing HSM"
"There decide not doing it because of budget cuts even tho I'm pretty sure Sweeney Todd is going to cost wayyy more"

I groaned "Save that for the bedroom sweetie" E.J said making me laugh
*Bell Ring*

"Ugh I skipped another classs"
"Oh my god your such a bad kid O.M.G"he said in a girly voice

We walked out of the office walking down the hallway with a bunch of kids around us

"Shut up" I said smacking his arm

I starting to realize that me and E.J are better as friends. We only started dating cause we just thought it felt right.

"Okay I have to go I don't wanna skip another class"
I said "do I have to kiss you goodbye"I whispered

"Yes it's part of the plan that ends tonight"

I hugged E.J and we were close enough were I leaned up and kisssed him on the lips. I was a quick peck that looked normal. I started to walk up the stairs going to my physics class. I started to panic a bit. But then I reassured myself because one knew what happened. Everyone thinks that me and E.J a power couple. The only thing the say in that hallway was a girl kissing her boyfriend with his letterman's jacket on with his hands around her waist. That's all. But it ending soon. I was almost to my class. I only have a like 2 seconds. I ran to my class. I saw the teacher.

"Hey Nina I haven't seen you all day"
"Sorry Ms. Wilson I been dealing with some stuff I was going through some things"
"Awh I'm sorry to hear that. Get in the classroom I don't want to have the cameras thinking your late.

I thought cameras??
The school has cameras!?
Oh my god they totally know that I had skipped 2 whole classes. Oh my god I only went to 2 classes today. My first,second then lunch. So I skipped third and fourth period. Now all I need is fifth,sixth and seventh. So in total im only doing five out of my seven.

I walk in and see everyone standing then I read the board saying switching seats. Great!

Ms. Wilson was going of by table that had 3 chairs.

I was hoping for middle row it's the best.

"Jamal, Nolan, Nancy table 1"
She went down her list I didn't notice till she said my name.

"Ricky,Nina, and Mia"

I look up it's the middle row but then I realized who I'm sitting next to. How did I forget he in this class. Also how come I have never seen Mia before.

I sit in my seat Mia slams her bag on the table and Ricky gets in his chair. I am sitting in between Richard and Mia Bowen. Wow.

"Great I have to sit next to this bitch" Mia groaned

"Mia shut the fuck up" Ricky said right back

"Sorry Rick I just don't like fake ass hoes sitting next to me"
"Okay choose one am I a bitch or a fake ass hoe because I can't be both" I say back to her

"Who said you were in this conversation"
"Freedom of speech or do you not know what that is. Do I need to dumb it down for you" I said back not caring. I don't want to deal with her right now. Ricky just chuckled. And Mia backed down but I knew she wasn't done with me. I think Mia the girl who doesn't know what it feels like to be talked back to.

She is all bark thinking no one going to bark back.
Oh cause trust me I'm going to bark back alright. I'm going to bark back and maybe even a little bit of bite.

I look at Ricky and he whispers "when are you going to break up with your boyfriend"

"Uhm we already did but Uhm people don't know yet"

"Do you not want people to know why"
"We're breaking up publicly after school today"
"Ohh okay good"
"Why you ask?" I ask him cocking my head to the side.

He leaned in a little closer whispering right into my ear "Maybe since we both don't really happened that night. Maybe we can recreate it hmm" he whispered backing away having a smirk on his lips.

I leaned towards him whispering "yeah I like that idea"

Hey guys I hope you like this chapter. It's about get Rini real quick so quick you can almost smell it. Also who low key doesn't like Mia. I love her charter in this cause ooh I have a whole plan on this story. But I give you guys a hint. Secrets unfold with Ninis past and Rickys present. Will Ninis past get in the way of the couple. Or will Rickys present continue to get stressful.
