Roses are red
Violets are blue
This chapter will be crazy
And so will you tooThey walked in comfortable silence for a few minutes until Tom speaks up. "Hey Carl, if the stone was tougher than a diamond, how did they manage to carve it?" Tom asks.
Carl was about to speak up before seeing the mischievous glint in his eyes. "I... I'm afraid of what you're going to do with this knowledge."
"Come on, just tell me (tell me something I don't knooow~)."
Carl looked to Alaya for reassurance, but all he got was a shoulder shrug. Carl, defeated, huffed and said, "They used a very strong softening potion."
Tom nods. "Do you think... You might have the potion?" He asks Alaya. "No! The thing's hard to make; do you know how much that thing costs?!" Alaya replies.
"Maybe Bella has it."
Carl scoffs. "Not without a price she doesn't."
Hugo shrugs, "The old hag'll give anything for a good pint of the devil's drink."
"Devil's drink? What? You've gone sober?" Tom remarks.
Hugo scoffs, "Not in a million years."
The party talked and laughed the entire way to the hospital.
Once they reached the large pristine building, they quieted down and entered silently. Next to the desk is Sarah in a wheelchair with a young woman behind her. That woman was, in fact, Angie Blooms.
The woman behind the desk told them the procedure. They'd have to be back before the day ends. It was about 9 in the morning, so it'll be fine.
They nodded and went over to Mrs Euford and Angie Blooms.
Angie's eyes went wide when she saw the group that was going to take them out but her face was painted with a large, relieved smile. She was relieved she didn't have to explain when or if she started dissociating because she told Alaya she had DID.
"Hi," Angie said with a smile. The party greeted back.
As they walked out of the hospital, Angie spoke up. "Oh, and just a reminder, I have DID so don't be alarmed if I start dissociating." Carl and Alaya nod while Tom and Higo look to her with a confused expression.
"I'm sorry, what's DID?" Tom asks curiously. Angie perks up a bit and starts explaining to Tom and Hugo what DID was.
"So, DID or dissociative identity disorder is a disorder characterized by two or more distinct personality states."
"I'm sorry, what?" Hugo asks still confused. Angie sighs and explains further.
Tom and Hugo asks back and forth with Angie. Angie wasn't as annoyed at one might expect her to be, they were intrigued by her disorder and confused about how they should treat her, so she was more than happy to enlighten them.
"What do we do, or how should we handle you if you start dissociating?" Tom asks, trying as hard as possible to try not to sound rude, but in his mind, he already messed up. "Oh sorry, I didn't mean yo be rude o-"
"No no no, you weren't rude at all," Angie assured him. "If I start dissociating, which, face it, will most likely happen, just call me by my alter's name and don't be alarmed if my usual mood changes as well. And if I question what in the hell is going on, answer with as much detail as possible." The two nodded in response.
Alaya and Carl were leading the way, happily chatting to each other. After Angie was done explaining to the two boys, she catches up with Alaya and joins in on their conversation.
