Rebel ask Maya to be his girlfriend

The next day at school, Maya and Riley walk up to their lockers. Riley said that she needed to tinkle so she went to the bathroom. Lucas wanted to scare Maya so he quitley approached her from behind.Right when he was about to freak her out, rebel came. "Hi Hart! Last night was fun. We totally need to do that again!" This made Lucas' plan stop, and he wanted to hear more. "Ya! It was really fun! Best date I've been on in like, forever!" Maya and rebel chuckled. 'She didn't have fun with me?' Lucas thought, feeling sad. "Um, Maya?" Rebel said. "Ya?" Maya said, hoping that he will ask her out on another date. "Will you, um..." Lucas was hoping that he wouldn't ask her out on another date. He really liked Maya! She's cute, funny, rebellious!!!! "Will you be my girlfriend?!" Rebel blurted out. Maya smiled. 'Please say no, please say no, please say no!' Lucas chanted in his head. "Yes!" Maya said with a large smile on her face. Rebel and Maya walked to class together and Lucas slides down on his locker onto the floor. Riley came out of the bathroom and saw Lucas on the floor. "Lucas why are you on the floor? Where's maya?!" Riley asked. She was very confused. Lucas got up and looked into Riley's eyes. 'Pretty, but not like Maya' he thought. "Riley would you be my girlfriend?" He asked. He thought that by dating Riley, Maya would get jealous. Riley's mouth dropped open. She then smiled and said, "Yes!" Lucas smiled and held her hand. he dragged her all the way to Maya and Rebl. He stood right behind Maya and said, "oh Riley! I'm so happy that we are dating!" Maya slowly looked behind at Lucas. She suddenly felt jealous. She felt like she died inside. But then a thought came to her mind. "Rebel! I'm so HAPPY that you asked me to be your girlfriend!" Lucas slowly turned to look at Maya. Maya turned to look at Lucas. She mouthed the word, 'jealous?' and turned back to rebel. Lucas angrily grabbed Riley's hand and walked to class. He had history next, so he had to look at Maya's beautiful blond hair that he loved so much. Maya wasn't happy. She liked rebel and she's dating him! But she also likes Lucas and he is dating her best friend! "Oh my golly!" She said outloud, thinking she said it to herself. "What?" Mr. Matthews said. Maya's eyes widened and she gulped. "Nothing!" She said in embarrassment.
