Jughead finally decides to call Betty, he dials her number. Jughead: "Hey Betty..." He says softly. Betty: "Hi? Why are you calling me?" Jughead: "I have to tell you something." Betty: "I thought you hated me..." She realizes how he sounds as if he's been crying. "Are you ok? Jug?" Jughead: "I don't hate you, I was just upset with you. But that's besides the point." Betty: "Ok...?" Jughead: "Archie's mom just called me to tell me that Archie was found dead." Betty gasps. She starts sobbing and hangs up. "Fuck." He mutters to himself and starts to cry too. Betty can't stop crying. She shuts her computer and walks over to her mirror. She leans against her dresser (that is part of the mirror) and watches herself cry. Jughead decides to walk over to Betty's house to comfort her. Betty stares into her eyes in the mirror and punches it. Glass splatters onto the floor. He puts the ladder up to her window and climbs up and nocks on the glass. She looks at her window, she still can't stop crying. She walks over and opens her window.

Betty: "Jug?" She tries to hold back her tears. He walks in and gives her a big hug. She cries even more. Jughead: "It's okay... It's gonna be akay." He strokes her hair. She slowly stops sobbing and calms down a bit. Jughead: "It's okay." Her fist is bleeding a little from punching her mirror. Jughead: "Hey what happened?" Betty: "Oh..." She nods to her broken mirror. Jughead: "Oh my god Betty!" Betty: "I think I snapped. I just got so angry. I'm sorry." Jughead: "It's okay, don't apologize. Are you okay though?" Betty: "You didn't have to come." Jughead: "I did. You shouldn't be going through this alone. I'm sorry how I've been treating you..." Betty: "Why didn't you just stay with Sabrina? Well you can go back to her now, if you want." She sits down on her bed. Jughead: "Betty... Is this what this is about? Sabrina?" Betty: "What?! No!" Jughead: "Then why did you say that?" Betty: "I don't know... I'm not very clear right now. Ok?" Jughead: "Okay, sorry." Betty: "I'm sorry." Jughead: "It's fine." Betty: "I just can't believe I'll never see Arch again..." Tears roll down her cheeks. Jughead: "I know. Me too." He starts to cry too. She stands up and hugs him. He hugs her back. Betty: "Thank you for being here Jug. I feel like we've grown apart." Jughead: "Yeah, me too..." Betty: "I don't want that to happen." Jughead: "Yeah, well it did. But we can fix that." Betty: "How?" She takes a step out of their hug and looks at him. Jughead: "We could be friends again." Betty: "Yeah, that would be nice..." Jughead: "It would. I guess I should start heading home." Betty: "Yeah, ok." She looks at the floor. Jughead: "Well bye I guess..." Betty: "Bye." He walks back to the window and down the ladder. Betty crawls into her bed and cries herself to sleep. She dreams of Archie...
