Shinobu frantically went to him of course, and silently that is. She was sure he could sense her approaching him anyway. "Tomioka-san it isn't good being alone all the time you know," Shinobu says and was close enough to him for him to hear it. Tomioka turned around and saw her but hummed in response. He turns his head back and stared at the sea. Watching the waves clash against the sea shore and go back then clash again. Shinobu went to stand beside him and sighed. "Tomioka-san why are you always distancing yourself?" She asked and looked towards the ocean as well.

"I don't but it's just who I am," he plainly replied and kept his gaze fixated on the ocean. Shinobu took a seat beside him and giggled. "The concert going on was great. I don't see why you would leave it that quick," she stated to make some small talk or to just break the ice. Tomioka sighed and grabbed a stone then threw it at the waters, it bounced and bounced a good few meters before sinking. Shinobu just watched the stone until it stopped and eventually sank. "Hey insect, you are an insect right?" He asked out if nowhere. "Eh?" Shinobu asked rather offended. She turned to him with a tic mark on her head and she smiled angrily. "What do you mean Tomioka-san?" She asked in her cheerful tone. "I mean are you drawn towards the moon?" He asked. Shinobu realises and sighed then turned to face the moon. It was just like the same moon on Halloween night. "I guess so, the moon feels like drawing me in all the time," she replied and kept her gaze at it. "It just reminds me of someone all the time," he muttered but loud enough for her to hear.

"Oh? Who is this someone Tomioka-san?" She asked. "Just someone from my childhood," he replied. Shinobu sighed as she realises that he doesn't like sharing information like this to her. It's personal after all. "That person said that she loves the waves and the beach. The moolight glistening the sparkly waters at night was the best. And it's rather true," he replied and rested his chin on his knees of which he was giving close to his chest. "The world is beautiful when it comes to nature Tomioka-san. We can't disagree on that," Shinobu says. "Of course not. It's what also gives beauty," he admitted and sighed deeply. Shinobu just stared into the ocean as well and sighed. The calming winds of the breeze of the night made them feel fresh and clean. Silence would fill the air but the thrashing of the waves onto the shore gave the pure music of nature. Shinobu did nothing but began to hum lowly to herself as she closed her eyes and thought of nothing, of no one really. Tomioka stood up and crossed his arms, he was tired from his sitting position so he wanted to stretch. "Hey insect, can you swim?" He asked but didn't really look towards her. Shinobu looked to him and with a questioning look. "Of course I can Tomioka-san," she replied with a smile. "Well that's good I guess," he replied and began to make his way towards the waters. Shinobu just watched him do so without a word. He may just want to go in for a dip. Tomioka kept going and going but not too far, only to the point where the waters reached his stomach level. Turning around to face her, he motioned her to follow him. Shinobu titled her head in response but sighed. "I don't feel like swimming in the night Tomioka-san," she replied and waved her hand in defense. Tomioka called out, "Come on insect!" Despite the offensive nickname towards Shinobu, she shook her head and sighed. "I said I don't want to," she retorted yet again.

Sitting down on the dry sand and hugging her knees close to her chest was what she did next. Staring off into the distance where Tomioka is and watched him stand there, just looking towards her. Shinobu just felt like doing nothing besides waiting for anything to happen really. Tomioka began to make his way back to the shore and approached Shinobu's sitting figure. He stood in front of her and looked down onto her face. Shinobu looked up and in a questioning look again. "You said I shouldn't be alone all the time right? Then come swim with me," he replied in his a little bit cheery tone. Holding out his hand for her to take it, he waited. Shinobu stared at his hand but shook her head. "Tomioka-san I said no--- woah!" She was replying but yelped when she felt herself get carried.
