The blaring speakers cut off the music and jin collapsed to the floor of the company's practice room. "Ahh, this choreography is too hard-"he whined, sprawling out his sweaty body, letting the chilled floor cool him somewhat.
A few pieces of furniture speckled the large room; a mini fridge of cold water, a large bean bag, a shelf for their shoes and other belongings. Other than that the entire room was bare and painted white, from the floor to the three walls. Of course the 4th was a mirrored wall, so the group could see exactly what they looked like as they performed their new choreography. And so far it wasn't going so well.
"I was off beat the entire time." Namjoon sighed, slicking his sweaty faded purple hair back as he sat down on the white floor. He stretched his legs out in front of him. Fanning out his sweat drenched shirt against his body, Namjoon eyed Jungkook pulling out an icy bottle of water from the mini fridge.
"Grab me a bottle too?" Namjoon told him, except jungkook barely heard him as he furiously guzzled down the brisk water. He would've sucked the air out of the bottle too if he could. Jungkook swallowed his last gulp of water, letting out a loud satisfactory sigh. Wiping his lips with the back of his hand, Jungkook shook his head hastily. "I gotta pee, get your own water?" He whined hopping from one leg to the other before he shuffled out the door leaving Namjoon completely hanging.
"Let's do better tomorrow guys." Hoseok reassured as he walked over to Jin with two fresh white towels in hand. He dropped one on Jin's torso while drying his sweaty neck with his own.
Jimin crawled over to Jin, picking off the towel to replace it with his own head on Jin's torso. "Let's go to sleep hyung." Jimin muttered, closing his eyes.
"YAH!" Jin shrieked, pushing Jimin's head off of him. "Move your sweaty head, it's too hot!"
Jimin winced as his head hit the floor. Rubbing his head as he sat up, he shot an air kiss Jin's way, mimicking his hyungs habits. "Oh I know, I'm worldwide hottie."
"Wow, look at him." Jin sat up quicking and scoffed looking almost offended. "That's my thing, get your shtick."
"Alright alright, drink this and calm down." Taehyung threw a cold water bottle onto Jin's lap and another to Namjoon before sitting down next to Jimin.
"Ya, Taehyung-ah, how could you take his side!" Jin spoke through his pouty lips.
"Ugh, you guys are so loud..."
"Who said that?" Jin turned back to Namjoon and Hobi who were in the middle of a conversation.
"A ghost?" Jimin's eyes widened and he clung onto Taehyung's arms.
Taehyung looked around the practice room. "Guys, where's yoongi?"
"I'm here." Yoongi waved from the bean bag across the room. His whole body had sunk into the cushions, leaving only his limbs barely visible. Yoongi didn't bother to get up, instead he waved a vibrating phone in his hand. "Tae, you got a call."
"When did he even...?" Jin trailed off looking at the sight of yoongi swallowed up in the bean bag chair.
Taehyung stood up and walked over to yoongi. "A call? From who?" he said, taking his phone.
Yoongi shrugged. "I didn't check."
Tae looked down at the Caller ID, with a brow raised; everyone in the company knew where he was so there would be no reason to call when they could just come down. As for his friends and family, they knew not to call during practice hours. A small smile appeared on his lips as he read the name on his screen.
"I'll be right back guys, I gotta take this." Taehyung said to the group before he hurried out of the room.
"I wonder who that was." Jimin questioned. "He looked pretty excited."
