Finn and Delaney waited until dark to break Bellamy out of jail. Everyone was sleeping, even the two guards who were supposed to be guarding the door. Delaney went in first, pulling her hood off of her head as she set her backpack down next to Bellamy. He smiled, shaking his head as Finn cut his ties.

"What took you two so damn long?"

Bellamy rubbed his wrists as he stood up. Delaney started toward the exit, not willing to waste any time. Monroe was waiting by the door while Sterling kept watch down the hall. But Bellamy had other plans as he went toward Murphy.

"Woah, woah, woah, what are you doing?" Finn asked, stepping between them. Bellamy picked up the knife, cutting Murphy's bonds.

"He's coming with us." Bellamy looked up at Delaney. "We can cover more ground if we split up. Now both groups have someone who knows where they're going."

"About that, Bellamy." Delaney came back, pulling a map out of her bag. "I'm going to Polis. If anyone knows where they are, it's Lexa, our commander."

Delaney pointed to the map where she labeled Polis, the capital (so to speak) of the twelve clans. She then moved her finger farther down the map, pointing to the nearest large village.

"This is most likely where Murphy was held. If they're anywhere, they might be here. The problem is that most of the soldiers from Ton D.C. were wiped out, and if they don't have the ranks to hold prisoners, they won't take them."

"Hold on. You're not coming with us?" Delaney shook her head. "If you go to the capital they'll kill you for treason."

"They won't. Trust me." Delaney let out a sigh. "Lexa is an old friend of mine. I'll talk to her, work out a deal, and find our people."

"Bellamy she knows where she's going. Besides, we can't possibly search each and every village for them." Finn motioned to the map that Delaney held.

"If it's any consolation, I'll distract her from what you guys are doing. I'll only be there a day, plead our case, and come home. Hopefully with Clarke and the others behind me."

Bellamy shook his head and pulled Murphy to his feet. Delaney handed Bellamy the map, pleading with her eyes. He finally sighed and rubbed his forehead.

"I guess I can't stop you, Killer. Don't get yourself killed."

"I should be telling you that. How many times have I saved you now? Five?" A playful smile lifted the corners of Delaney's lips.

"Don't get too cocky."

The group snuck out of camp together, Delaney grabbing Tristan's horse as they went. Once they were in the cover of the trees, they stopped once more.

"Keep the moon on your right and you should make it there before morning. There aren't a lot of warriors left." Delaney informed the five of them. "Most of them don't speak English; only the warriors and a few of the shop owners. Look for the ones that can understand you."

Delaney started away on the horse before turning back to face them. "And for the love of Bekka, don't shoot anybody unless you have to. We're still trying to end this."

"You and your peace." Bellamy shook his head. "We'll behave."

"I'm counting on you, Monroe. You're the only common sense they've got." Delaney laughed.

"Be careful, Delaney," Sterling called after the other three grumbled.

Delaney mock saluted to them before turning and disappearing into the night. She was hoping to make it to Polis by midday, maybe earlier. She was also hoping to not run into any trouble along the way. Knowing her current luck, though, Delaney tried not to get her hopes too high. After all, she was riding a stolen horse and had killed countless grounders just a day ago.
