Getting clothes

Everyone was asleep in the house... Everyone but Sonic. It was 8:00 in the morning and Tom and Maddie were still asleep. Sonic was upstairs playing with Ozzie. "Ugh I'm so booored." Sonic said before sitting on his bed pouting. Then he got an idea. "Come on Ozzie!" Sonic whispered. He ran downstairs and sneaked into Tom and Maddies room. He tried to get onto the bed but he was too short. He tip-toed over to Toms side of the bed and grabbed his hand and pulled it trying to yank him out of bed. "Ngh..." Tom said while rolling over. "Come on! Wake up!" Sonic said while pulling on the blankets. That didn't seem to work either. He ran to Maddies side and tried to wake her up. He got an idea and ran into the kitchen. He came back with a step stool. He placed it at the end of the bed and climbed on. He stood up and started jumping up and down. "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" Sonic yelled. "Sonic!!!" Tom yelled. "Get uuuup!!!" Sonic yelled. "Ok ok we're up!" Maddie said while chuckling. "Finally!" Sonic said before he zoomed into the kitchen. Tom and Maddie slowly made their way into the kitchen. Maddie made coffee and Tom was making Sonic some breakfast. Tom gave Sonic some eggs and bacon with a piece of toast. "Thank you!" Sonic said before eating his toast. Maddie sat down at the table and passed Tom a cup of coffee then took a sip out of her own. "Soooo what are we gonna do today?" Sonic said while eating some eggs. "Well I have to go to work so you get to go with Maddie and see JoJo." Tom said while eating his breakfast. "Yay!" Sonic said in excitement while putting his plate in the dishwasher. "Can we go now?" Sonic asked while bouncing up and down. Maddie looked at him and smiled. "You go get ready and we'll see what time it is when you come back." Sonic sighed. "Okay." Then went upstairs. "Don't you think that he should wear some clothes?" Maddie asked. Tom looked up at Maddie. "He's a hedgehog." Tom said before sipping from his coffee. "I know but wouldn't it be more... normal?" Maddie said. Tom raised his eyebrow. "Not that he's not normal I just think he should wear at least pants and a shirt." Maddie said. Tom stared at Maddie. "Oh why not. Take him shopping and see what he likes." Tom said with a smile on his face. Just then Sonic zoomed into the room. "Im ready!" Sonic said. "Ok so before we go to aunt Rachel's house we're gonna go shopping." Maddie said softly. "Oh... okay!" Sonic said in excitement. "Alright I'm gonna get ready and then we can go." Maddie said before getting up and heading to her room. A few minutes later she came out and left with Sonic to the store. "So what are we doing here?" Sonic asked. "I'm going to get you something." Maddie said while searching through the shop. She secretly got some pants and some shirts for sonic and put them on the checkout thing. (I dunno what it's called XD) Sonic was looking at the cool toys when Maddie came over with a bag in her hand. "Come on Sonic we gotta go." Maddie said while holding out her hand for Sonic. "Okay!" Sonic said and grabbed Maddies hand. They walked out of the store and got into the car. "What's in the bag?" Sonic asked. "It's a surprise." Maddie said. Once they got home Sonic rushed inside and was excited to see what was in the bag. "Ok Sonic are you ready?" Maddie asked. "Yes!!" Sonic said. Ok." Maddie said before pulling out a pair of jeans and a red shirt. "This is for you to wear." Maddie said with a big smile on her face. "Really?" Sonic said as he stared in awe at the clothes. "Uh huh." Maddie said. Sonic grabbed the clothes from Maddies hands and rushed to his bedroom to put them on. He came back and hugged Maddie. "Thank you thank you thank you!" Sonic said. "Your welcome." Maddie said. "Let's get to aunt Rachel's house." Maddie said. "Yay!!" Sonic said before zooming out to the car.
