Chapter 7
I never was afraid before even when my bestfriend knows that I betrayed her.

Paano pag nalaman nilang ampon ako siguro baba ako sa Class B but then I don't think they won't harm me lalo na't may Code White ako.

But they did still right even knowing I'm a Class A. Naalala kong tanung sa kanila noon kung saan ang room ng Class A but they did still fool me.

Aunt Malory visits a friend in Gelliara. Pag may ganitong alis ang pamilya Mariano I always tagged along dahil ako ang magbabantay kay Alonzo while they are interacting for some business or family reunion.

The house we visiting is huge. Mas malaki ito kumpara sa bahay ni Aunt Malory makikita sa labas na pinagawa ito sa mga professional, it's sophisticated and brilliant.

The architecture is bright and alluring, and so are the landscapes, it's well maintained.

Kung namangha na ako sa labas mas attractive and clever ang nasa loob.

Well, kaya pala excited ang mag-asawa. I thought sina Uncle Ross lang ang guest never I've known that this is a party.

Everyone is interacting buti nalang pinasuot sa akin ay nababagay naman sa ganitong okasyon.

"Good evening Mr. and Mrs. Geller your home is so beautiful" Aunt Malory said, they both shake hands.

I saw Prince at the side of Mr. Geller with his stunning suit. He looks so handsome while looking at me seriously, the way he narrow his eyes he is indeed a Prince.

I chuckled with that thought. Kahit wala namang nakakaPrinsipe sa ginawa niya .

Mrs. Geller lands her eyes at me and smiled. I bit my lower lip as a look at her.

"Who is she?" Mrs. Geller asked.

"Oh she's my adopted daughter Maureen Mariano. And remember my son, Alonzo" she said and held Alonzo's hand.

"So kind of you and of course Alonzo, the cutest chubby face I've seen" then both family laugh except me and Prince who still looking at me.

Alonzo excuse himself and went to his friends and Uncle Ross nod at me as if sayings follow him.

Well, that's my job here, follow his son wherever he go as if he can't take care of himself.

I excused myself at sinundan si Alonzo. Malayo palang tanaw ko na siya rito. Umupo ako malayo sa mga tao but good enough to see where Alonzo is.

"Why don't you eat while looking at him?" Prince Chandler said. Sumulyap ako sa kanya as he sat beside me pinagpag niya muna ang upuan bago siya umupo.

I chuckled because of that, what a freak. Napansin niya naman ito kaya sinamaan niya ako ng tingin.

"Nah, I'm full they let me eat before going here" that's true. Pinakain muna ako ni Aunt Malory dahil makulit si Alonzo baka hindi ko mabantayan.

"I thought they're treating you well?" I nodded at him.

"Yes they are, it's for my own sake kaya wag kanang makialam" he glared at me at umiwas ng tingin.

"You should have fun than sitting here next to me" I said nonchantly.

"I already did. I'm tired" yeah sa tingin ko kanina pa nagsimula ang party kaya siguro mainit ang ulo ni Uncle Ross kanina dahil late na kami, I meant sila pa

Lumalit siya bahagya sa akin. I can smell his manly scent and our thigh were both touching.

Uusog sana ako palayo sa kanya ngunit sinamaan niya ako ng tingin. Kumunot naman ang kilay ko roon.

So instead pinabayaan ko nalang gustong-gusto ko naman hehehe. Stop Maureen!! ang landi mo!

Hhmmm he smells nice hehehe Hi Prince. Hello. Para naman akong tanga nito

Silence overpowered us. When I'm with him I don't know how to start a talk psh. What a wuss!

Most Talkative pa naman ako noong nasa Kinder ako. Nahiya nga si Aunt Malory noon siya pa nagsabit ng ribbon ko.

Akala ko magagalit siya pero tinawanan niya lang ako habang si Uncle Ross ay hindi maipinta ang mukha dinumihan ko raw pangalan nila.

Bata pa ako noon pero alam kung nagalit si Uncle Ross kay Aunt Malory. Siya pa kase ang nagpumilit na umattend sila ng Convocation ko ayun napahiya tuloy.

But Aunt Malory assured that its okay pagkatapos ay tinawanan ulit ako. I felt relieved then akala ko paaalisin nila ako sa bahay nila.

Buti nalang na sabi ko kay Chandler noon na ampon ako kaya siguro hindi na siya na bigla ng malaman niya iyun.

Besides why would he? He doesn't care about me. It's just me wanting him as a friend or maybe more. But I know my stand, I'm only at his shoes while his million far away from me.

Nang tumingin ako sa kanya nakatitig na siya sa akin. My heart skips a beat. I know this kind of feeling marami na akong nabasa nito pero ni minsan hindi ko yun naramdaman.

Iniwas ko nalang yung tingin sa kanya. Bumaling lamang iyun ng tumayo siya at pinagpag ulit ang pang-upo niya.

"I'll get you a drink" he said without looking at me.

Alonzo's having fun I'm thankful na hindi siya makulit ngayon and he's only talking with his friends in their table.

Prince gives a drink then umalis na rin dahil naghihintay daw yung mga kaibigan niya. I nodded to him and smiled.

Hindi niya namang obligasyong pakisamahan ako. Maybe he thinks I'm pitiful because I don't have a single friend.

Thinking about it now makes me sad. As I look back at Alonzo he is happy laughing with his friends.

Mula rito matatanaw rin si Prince na masayang kausap ang mga kaibigan niya he's smiling purely while talking to them. Everyone are interacting, everyone are having fun while I'm sitting here all alone thinking why did I abandon my friend before.

I smiled sadly.
