We are number 60 on #truestory! Waaaah I'm so kilig.

It's been months now since I lost Axel. It's also been months that I am a mess but I pretended not to be. I sometimes see their posts on their social medias where they are visiting different places, eating on restaurants where I and Axel had once planned to visit, and oh they are living together now. Basically, they are doing everything that I and Axel have planned. He was so unfair! First, he brought another person on our spot, then next they are doing everything that we have on our bucketlist. What's next? Having a baby at 26? I scowled at the thought. He did once say that he wants to have a family at the age of 26. It's his birthday this month and I don't know if I should give him a gift or what, given that we are already not friends. Maybe I'll just send him one through the mail? Speaking of mail, it's been a while since I checked my mail box. I went out and fetch the contents of my mailbox and there are couple of letters, mostly bills to pay, an invitation to an event from the university, and a blue envelope that has a classic design. I opened that one and it read:

What: 26th Birthday Party and Celebration
Where: Taylor's Restaurant
When: September 7 @ 7pm

I read my name on the front and Axel's name showing that he is the one who invited me. As if I would go I said to myself.

I checked the time and it's time for me to get ready for my classes. I quickly took a bath and prepared myself then I head for my car. It's really funny because Axel's things are still in here, untouched, and I don't know what to do with them. I saw his sunglasses and decided to wear it. Might as well use it.

When I arrived at the University, I saw Lisa waiting for me at my usual parking slot. She grinned at me and greet me good morning. I looked at her confused because she is not usually like that.

"Why? Can't a girl be happy?" She asked defensively.

"What is it?" I asked waiting for her to spill her news.

"It seems like I'm going back into that restaurant!" she said while giggling.

"So you are also invited huh." I said, no doubt in that, Axel and Lisa also became close because of me.

"Well of course." She said while rolling her eyes.  "Are you excited?" She asked.

"Nope." I said flatly. "I'm not sure if I'm going."

"What!? Why not?" She asked and realization hit her. "Oh right. I'm sorry."

"It's okay." I said and sighed.

"But can't you just try? How bad can it be?" She asked.

"First of all, I hate him. We're not friends. And second, that's the restaurant of my ex." I explained to her.

"So? What's your point?" She asked pretending to be naive.

"My point is, I don't care about his party."

"Who will I go with?" She asked while pouting.

"No one." I said and laughed at her scowling face. She still looks cute tho.

We went inside the building and bid goodbye then walk to our separate ways. The day went by fast and I didn't notice it's already dismissal time. I changed my clothes in the car and head to the hospital for my duty. As I look for a parking space, I saw a familiar bike five cars away from where I was but I shrugged it off 'cause my shift is about to start.

I greet my co-nurses and head to my first patient. There are many work to do but I am enjoying it, it keeps my mind preoccupied.

"Hannah, can you do me a favor? Can you please get this to the OB department?"
