 It has been exactly a week since Abby has punched Suze. I was so proud of her I let her skip school and come and get ice-cream with me.....mostly because I was hungry and I couldn't wait until lunch. 

          It has been exactly 3 weeks since the whole dead dad incident and Abby and I both still cry at night over the loss of him. Adam has been coming over more often to help me take care of everything and we just started cleaning up everything out of my dad's room and looking through it to see what was important. To me everything single hair follicle and every single dust piece was important to me. Today was Friday and Abby, Adam and I were all at Dad's Funereal. 

           Today was officially Thursday. Then after Friday would be officially Christmas Break. Having two weeks of you’d think would be a joy, But I can't even stand the sight of walking past dad's door without thinking about that night in his bedroom where I found him dead. 

        Tomorrow was the Winter Formal. Abby was really excited to go but then Dad died. I think she totally forgot about it. I feel bad for her not being able to be herself. She's always wearing that fake smile (which I hate) and always pretending that she's okay. After school I tried to take her to go shopping and buy a dress at least for the formal but she refused to even get out of the car. 

            I decided to go into Abby's room and found that she was asleep. I smiled and left a note on the counter. Explaining that I would be back around 6 and if someone were to knock on the door she needs to grab something to defend herself with before answering.

         With that I grabbed over 2,000 dollars I had saved up for exactly this reason and decided to go shopping.

                                                                          4 Hours Later

       I walked out of the car with Kenzi behind me. I picked her up on the way there for some assistance. I was caring 6 bags and so was she. I knocked at the door and waited for Abby to answer. Abby opened the door with a 45. In her hand. She smiled once she saw me. 

        “Abby this is my friend Kenzie and we are here to present you with the most beautifuliest dress ever.” I smirked at her.

               I had Kenzie in my car along with Abby. You could tell Abby was super happy. As I pulled up to the driveway I couldn't wait until we got inside and started getting ready. We all ran through the snow and finally got inside after 5 devastating minutes trying to find the right key to unlock the door.

       I sat Kenzie down in a black chair and started with her hair. I simply straightened her hair then put her hair into a loose side pony and made her have bangs. Then I started doing her nails. First I put on a black coat then I put from the middle to the tip of her nails. Then I started on her eye make-up. I put on a yellowish-gold color the put on eye-liner. I put on a thin layer of Lip Gloss on her lips that was a light pink lemonade color. Then I pulled out her gold shimmery dress and I heard Abby gasp.  

     We hadn't even shown her own dress yesterday because I wanted to surprise her. Kenzie started putting in her eating’s and put on her black heels that had gold studs on the toe part.

    I told Abby to sit down and Kenzie and I worked on her together. I curled her brown hair and Kenzie put silver eye shadow on her along with her light pink lip gloss. After I was done with her hair I started on her nails. They were silver with blue parts in them. Kenzie put on her earrings and I clipped on her bracelet. Finally I grabbed her white puffy dress with designs all over the bodice. It was almost like a wedding dress. Kenzie grabbed the silver high heeled shoes and she put those on. After zipping up the dress I let Abby look at herself. She gasped and was about to start crying. I smacked her arm. 

“You’re going to ruin your make-up stop crying.” I said to her.

      Kenzie and Abby practically pulled me onto a chair and started putting stuff on me. I could feel them pulling at my hair and the light feathery brush touching my eyelids. I felt something go around my neck and earrings being put into my ears. I felt someone putting nail polish on my nails. Someone was putting high heels on my feet. Then finally I felt a dress going onto my body. They finally let me open up my eyes. 

   I looked totally different. A long elegant sea blue dress was put onto me and at the waist down it had ruffles going out. My nails were silver, blue, purple and lime green. I had on pearl earrings and my mom’s necklace she gave to me before passing away. My eyes were green halfway and blue the other half but it blended together really well and looked great. The heels were gold with sparkles and my hair was curled down to my waist. My lips were a light pink and the looked fuller. 

    Smiling I turned around and hugged both of them. I heard the door open and close. I told Kenzie to go and tell the boys to wait a moment. 

“Boys what boys I thought you said we were going as a group.” Abby complained I smirked and told her to come down last. 

  Walking down the stairs I saw Kenzie talking to her boyfriend. Adam looked as nervous as somebody could be but yet he looked shocked. After reaching him I looked over at his brother and smirked. He was going to be amazed. Even though he was taking Suze to the dance. 

    Abby came down the stair with her head held up high. She looked even more gorgeous then before her dress trailing behind her just a little bit. Smirking I looked over at Brandon. He looked shocked maybe even a bit guilty. 

‘Let’s get going shall we" she said with so much confidence Kenzie and I were shocked

 I was happy for her. She was finally building up her confidence. Yippy I'm so excited for her!!
