You didn't see much of Taehyung after that. Whenever you did, he would simply look away, angrily storming away, followed by whichever one of his friends was with him at the time. At first, it kind of bugged you, because each time he looked at you, and his face would scrunch up like he just smelled something rotten, then he would walk away and into the hallway, where girls who found him attractive would try to talk him up, and boys who found him terrifying or a lady's man would stand impatiently at the walls, watching their crushes or girlfriends fawn over the bad boys and their cool image. You had to admit, you could see his appeal, visually. He was attractive, they all were, and the few times you saw him smile, you thought he was cute. But the intimidating way he threatened you, over a joke that you were about to rectify anyway, put you off. You put that coin he gave you into your coin purse, wanting to spend it on something but not too sure what. You thought it would be ironic if you spent it on lemonade or something. As you headed to your classroom with Jihyo, you saw a small group of boys standing together up against one of the hallway walls. After a second of scanning, you saw it was Jungkook from the vending machine and two other boys. Jungkook must have felt you starring because he looked over in your direction. He waved, and you hesitated but decided to wave back.

It wasn't long before you saw him hurry over to you, that bunny smile of his plastered on his face as he approached you. Jihyo stopped, standing beside you as Jungkook stopped before you both. "Hey. How are you? It's been a while."

"I'm fine. How are you?" you asked curiously. With a shrug, Jungkook shook his long hair in an attempt to fix it a bit.

"Fine." He smiled again. Something you had noticed was that this kid's smile did not match the bad boy persona he claimed that he had. "Tell me, have you spoken to Taehyung?"

"No why?" you asked curiously. "I have no reason to, it's obvious he wanted nothing to do with me, anyway." You stated simply. Jungkook snickered.

"Yeah, I know." He said. You pursed your lips.

"Then why on earth did you ask?" you asked him. Jungkook shrugged.

"Just asking. Every time I try to ask Tae-hung, he gets really mad and changes the subject. He hit me the other day when I tried to keep bringing it up. So I thought the next best thing was coming to ask you."

"Well, you have your answer," Jihyo said, taking your arm. You gave a firm nod in response. "And to be honest, she's better off. Why don't you and your friends do something productive, like, oh I don't know...class?" Jungkook snickered.

"What? No, why would I do that?" Jihyo scoffed.

"Unbelievable, let's go." You looked at Jungkook, who was still smirking a bit at Jihyo's suggestion.

"Bye, Jungkook." You gave a small smile to the boy as you and Jihyo entered the classroom. Jihyo closed the door to the classroom, sighing softly. "Those guys are unbelievable, huh, Jihyo?"

"Tell me about it. I don't understand how they're still in this school at this rate." She muttered, making you giggle a bit as you both found your seats and the bell rang. You watched as other students scrambled in, and into their seats as they sat and waited for the homeroom teacher to walk in and begin the lesson. You were gathering your stuff and placing it on your tables as you waited for the class to start. As you glanced out the window into the hallway, you saw Jungkook walking past the door with the two friends he was with before, who you didn't recognize, but you heard him faintly laugh at one of them, and say the word "Namjoon-Hyung." You also saw your teacher, who shouted at them to get to class. Jungkook and Namjoon waved the teacher off, continuing to laugh at one another's comments to each other as they walked past him and out of your sight. When the door opened to the classroom, you turned your attention back to the front of the classroom and allowed yourself to get immersed in the class.
