The Seraphim General stepped into the throne room of Thronus Domini. The only other angelic being other than himself was a Master looking out the window to see the clouds painted gold with sunlight.
"You wish to see me, My Lord?" the General asked.
The Master didn't alter his gaze from the window. "Yes." He turned to face the General. "Tell me, General, how long have we been fighting against the demons?"
The General stayed silent. "I don't know, My Lord. It definitely started prior to my birth."
"Exactly," the Master said. "We have been fighting against the demons for far too long that we've forgotten about our original purpose of doing so."
"And that is?" the General asked.
"To rule over the humans, of course." the General's heart sank. All his life, he had thought that the purpose of the human world was just a medium to combat the demons. He's never viewed the humans as an object for subjugation.
"Prepare the troops," the Master commanded. "The next batch that comes to Earth will establish a colony."
"But my Lord, as far as I'm concerned, there are some humans who fight both us and the demons. What are we going to do with them?" A good question.
"Wipe them all out. Simple." The Master paused. "As for the demons, well you know what to do."
The General waited for further orders, but the Master said none. He just stood there frozen after hearing the Master's decision. "As you wish, my Lord." He left the throne room and began making preparations.

Well that prologue was rather short. But it should give you an idea of what's going to happen in the following chapters. So basically the angels decided to implement a colonial system to rule over the humans and after hearing that, the demons would soon follow to set up their own colonies.
