I unlocked the door to our house and got in with Delaney right behind me. So the auditions went great. I made it in to A Troupe and Delaney got into her team as well. After that we just chilled together. I introduced Bailey to Alex and Josh and everyone just fit in together. We ate at this other cute cafe and now we are currently at home.
"I'm going to go and take a shower." I tell Delaney and go upstairs to my room. I take a long shower and come out. I wear some comfy shirt and some shorts and go downstairs. I guess Delaney is still taking a shower so I get my notebook out and make myself a list. Since we just moved in I needed a lot of things not only for my room but also for School.
School. Ugh. Don't get me wrong I like school and I'm pretty good at it too but I just don't like all the drama that comes with it. The social groups and their drama is just annoying. And to add on to that, I don't know a single soul at this new school. Great. I'm almost done writing my list when Dee comes down.
"Hey Kayc. What do you want for dinner?" She asks going into the kitchen.
"Uhm, I don't know. I don't really feel like eating much though."
"Okay. How about a grilled chicken sandwich?"
"That's sounds great." I tell her with a smile. I decide to call my mom and tell her all about today. She seemed very excited about the fact that both of us got into a studio and we talked for almost an hour. After that Delaney brought me a plate of food to the sofa and we decided to watch some Netflix while we ate. In the middle of FRIENDS, my phone dings indicating I got a text.
Sean, 9:24 Hey. You up??
I decided to text him back.
Kaycee, 9:24 Hey. Yes Sean. It's only 9:24.
Sean, 9:25 No it's not. It's 9:25 now.😁🙃
Kaycee, 9:25Oh God!! Is there something you want? I'm busy watching Friends rn.
Sean, 9:26 You watch Friends too?? Oh my gosh I love friends!!! We should watch it together sometime.
I smile at that.
Kaycee, 9:27 Great. Sounds like a plan. Bye now.
And with that I put my phone down and focus on the screen.
After dinner, I help Dee with the dishes and go upstairs to get ready for bed. I do my nighttime routine and go to Dee's room.
"Night Dee. Just a reminder we have to go shopping tomorrow. I need stuff for my room and for school."
"Night Kayc. Yea we'll go after breakfast and check out any nearby gyms too. And then maybe get lunch."
"Sounds like a plan." I go back to my room and plug my phone to its charger. I set my Alarm at 5 so that I can go for a run. I snuggle into my blanket and sleep comes to me almost immediately.
I wake up to the sun shining on my face. I really need to get curtains today. I look at the small clock on my night stand. 5:10. Hmm. Not bad. I get up and stretch and then go to my closet and pick out some running clothes. I put my hair in a ponytail and put on my running shoes.

I text Delaney letting her know that I was going on a run so that she wouldn't freak out. I head out the door and and put on my Airpods and start jogging. I run for a mile and then decide to take a break. As I was walking I realized that there was a path that lead to a hill of some kind. I decided to go up the path. It was a short trek up but the view was splendid. I went to the edge and sat down. It was very peaceful and I honestly felt like I could sit there forever. After around 25 minutes I decide to head home. But just as I was getting up to leave, I heard a noise. It sounded like it was coming from behind me. I was standing prepared to attack.
But boy was I surprised to see who it was.
